I just want to Thank the GM, Darcee, for reaching out to me tonight. We were there recently and didn’t have the best experience and It’s our favourite place to go. She was so kind and understanding and we had a 25 minute phone conversation which resulted in laughs and some reassurance. We were given a Keg gift card so decided to go out for dinner. Haven't been to a Keg in a while and was looking forward to a good steak. We had the Calamari appetizer and it was quite good. The bread served was good as well. I ordered the peppercorn steak which I found to be rather tough and flavourless. My wife ordered the steak frites, which was a better steak for half the price. We shared a creme brullee for dessert which was fine. I ordered a hot buttered rum to drink and it took 25 mins before it arrived. The waiter remarked that the bartender was backed up, something he might have mentioned when I ordered it. I was also disappointed that the waiter didn't ask what I wanted on my baked potato and it came with butter, sour cream and bacon bits. I don't like, or want, bacon bits and I shouldn't have to think to say that I don't. The decor is fine, although the high ceilings make it somewhat noisier that it ought to be. I would also mention that we were initially seated at a table right next to a window, which had a very cold draft and we had to ask to be moved. Something I can't believe we were the first to mention, given how cold it's been.

Bad service, 3 other tables sat down after us and were served before us, we waited over 1-1/2hr. We still didn’t get our order. We had walked out. Also, we are from out of town. We were out to celebrate a special occasion. We won’t be coming back, it’s unfortunate.

Came for a birthday supper and enjoyed yet another amazing dinner. Excellent service, quality drinks and some of the best food in Regina. Enjoyed the steak and crab Legs. Always a great place to go!!

Visiting our daughter who just moved to Regina. Celebrated husband’s birthday with a fabulous steak dinner. Great service. Didn’t wait long for appetizers and meal. Huge portions! Manager came over to wish my husband a happy birthday along with a piece of billyminer pie that could feed 5! Appreciated Covid protocol of wearing masks even though Saskatchewan no longer requires. We’ll be back!
This was our third visit to this Keg this year. The service provided was very good and professional. However, each of our three visits we had menu issues - as in menu items not being available. The most recent visit they were out of three of the things we tried to order. Certainly a first world problem, but disappointing when going out to a higher end meal.

They are only offering curbside pickup and takeout right now, but food was excellent, and service was exceptional. Very professional and polite. They clearly appreciate the business. Get out and support these restaurants my friends! They need you now more than ever. Otherwise they may not be here when this blows through.

Most wonderful to thoroughly enjoy atmosphere in front of fire, perfect prime and devine crab!!! The staff were ensuring safety since husband has shellfish allergy. Thank you to staff last night and especially our waiter..Jacob.

I want to say a huge thanks to The Keg staff and management for making our lunch amazing. Especially Lauren our server!!!We had both ordered our meal, shortly after we did...we watched them bring out the most delicious looking burger to another table.I quickly ran to our waitress (Lauren) to ask if its too late to switch our order. Despite the kitchen starting our meal...they still allowed this change. Wow, are we glad they did!!! Hands down one of the most satisfying burgers we ever had. Why in the world would anyone spend $15 at McDonald's when for $19 you get this? Serious...why?Awesome service, amazing food.I find this Keg location in Regina top notch.Thanks again KegSpecial thanks to Lauren for keeping customer service alive and well!

Birthday supper. We had mushroom Neptune appy was delicious and main course Steak and lobster and the special steak and shrimp creole, was good , lobster tail was pretty small and my steak with the special was a little tough. First time having a tough one here. I usually have the prime rib but special sounded good. Which is my favorite here. Double stuffed potato so tasty and the Billy Miner was excellent and nice touch they give you a free one for birthday. The side vegetable to be desired. Staff super friendly and great service. Finding more restaurants with better quality and tasty sides for the price.
