Had the Pad Thai and it was pathetic. Never give bad reviews but honestly couldn't not.
Bar look clean neat waitress was unattractive looking. Waitress/bartender had no banter skills. Bartender/waitress seemed very unfriendly non-professional. I worked in the industry for four years. If I was their boss, they’d be fired. Is a sports bar. No volume on the sports on the TVs. Strange music playing in the background for A sports bar.
Food was OK but a little overpriced. Very very disappointed in the service I don’t mean to be rude about anyone’s appearance, but you got to have more attractive women working there. I’m not saying scantily dressed women just women that are more attractive looking.
Ur staff gave me a negative feedback on the delivery app, I did follow his instructions by making the order
fully packed and zipped it to make sure it is hot. I was in a hurry so i couldn’t do in front of him. Pls treat the delivery drivers well
Friendly staff, great food, and even better weekly specials. 🤙
The Lobby Kitchen and Bar was a great experience. Two friends and I went for brunch, the food was amazing! I got the breakfast burrito with hashbrowns and let me tell you the hash-browns were perfectly crisp but soft on the inside. It had fresh fruit on the place as well. The staff were great and the building itself had a really cool pop culture vibe with a touch of rustic. Would recommend for food and a great place to chat!
Pretty loud. Food was average.
Trying new restaurants is always hit or miss… unfortunately this one was a miss.
I ORIGINALLY ordered the Lobby Lager Battered Fish Tacos ($19) with yam fries ($3). I ate one and wasn’t too happy about it, then had two small bites of the second before I realized that there was NO fish in the 2nd it was multiple little battered crumble bits. I didn’t even attempt the 3rd, just tore open the “fish”. My fish tacos were 1% fish, 49% air and 50% batter.
The amazing server checked on me and I admitted to her that I was missing the fish in my fish tacos. I instead asked for the chicken tacos. She was extremely understanding and super attentive.
This is the 2nd time in my life I’ve ever sent a plate back. I just couldn’t justify $19 fish tacos without the fish. Soon enough, I got a refire of some chicken tacos. They were 10x better. However, I wouldn’t recommend them. Tortillas are quite dry, the tacos themselves are 50% cabbage, flavours were missing their mark and fries weren’t anything special. This was consistent with both plates.
Again, the server was amazing. I tipped her 20%. She even gave me a 30% discount on the meal as a whole. After tax, the discount, and the tip: I paid $24.91.
We have been to this restaurant many times and almost always had the same dish to a point that the waiters now knows our order - except today. The waiter did not write the order and messed it up. We had our favourite waiter named Kashmiri, and it seems he is no longer working here. Ever since he is gone the service has gone down. Last time the waiters were taking shots in front of customers, which is not a professional behaviour and not acceptable in a restaurant.
Amazing burger...top notch service!
Great food and service!! atmosphere is cool.

Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere here, and the staff are very friendly. Food is great and would definitely come back here again!
Cute quaint little place. I didn't mind it at all. I wonder if they have karaoke.
Servers were nice and the restaurant was clean. Food was decent but took over 45 minutes to come. Dining room was not that busy.
Great service, food is ok,
Love the summertime terase and happy hour !!!
We started going to the Lobby for trivia on Thursdays as we are a huge fan of Smarty Pints. It started out ok but when we stopped being serviced by our usual server, she was replaced by someone who constantly spoke to us in a condescending way, would forget to bring water, constantly mess up our orders while blaming us for it, and while we waited to make orders, she would stand behind the kitchen door and chat endlessly with her coworker. The last straw was when I used the washroom and the toilet paper was out. We will be going back to Lancasters for trivia as their service is much better and more friendly.
