Poor service(slow, long wait times to receive food) Extra upcharge for any additional toppings, even if you sub one for another(makes no sense??)
Quality has gone down hill, only had 2 roasters going, other proteins came from a container of premade and then warmed on the grill.
Overall pretty disappointing experience, only having 2 workers during lunch hour rush doesn’t bode well.

This place has gone downhill. The last several times I've gotten food here I was disappointed by the service, quality and price. The menu is grossly overpriced. The meat is always insanely overcooked. The staff is unfriendly and unbothered. And even if you place a pick up order, it takes about 15 minutes over the time of the arranged pick up. We went here today with the hopes that it improved thinking about what the dill pickle pizza used to be. We placed our order and as we were about to pay, the staff advised us that the pizza was not available until after 5pm as that was when another staff member was there who could open the pickle jar. We have given this place several chances and all have resulted in disappointment in some way or another. We left without ordering and I will never return to this 'business'.

My husband and I recently visited and ordered out. As we walked out of the Meating Room with the pizza box in hand, my husband remarked how heavy it was and that it was likely nicely loaded. Only upon arriving home (nearly the opposite end of the city), did we discover that it was in fact loaded, but with the thickest layer of cheese either of us had ever seen. Having requested extra light cheese on half of the pizza, we were disappointed with little else for toppings on what was a bbq chicken pizza. Having resorted to picking off the cheese because of its abundance, it made for an unfortunate experience. Even my husband opted to pass on the leftovers (a first ever), which we jokingly called the “block of cheese” in our fridge for the following week.
Given our disappointment, we attempted to call 4-5 times in the week and a half following to discuss the possibility of a replacement in light of the inaccuracy of our order. Each time, we respectfully explained the situation and were told that a manager would call us back shortly. Unfortunately, we have yet to hear back. Hence, our low rating in relation to food and service alike.

Very bad experience! Cold rice bowl, and there is definitely something wrong with rice , bought food and throw it in the garbage, it’s really bad ! Worse food service ever !

Today was my first time here. Order the pork gyro. They must make then way ahead of time and freeze them. Fries in the middle were barely unfrozen and the pita was very cold and gummy. The first bite into it made me gag between the gummy pita and the semi frozen mushy fried. Not a place I would ever go again. It was a very long wrap and I had to take it back and ask for it to be cut in two.

Absolutely insane charging 30 dollars for a medium pizza. Get bent. Don't ever waste your time here the prices are crazy and then they ask for a tip at the end of that.

I love eating here so much. My favourite thing to order is the honey garlic rice bowl with chicken. Every time I go they make it to absolute perfection, always consistent execution. Portion sizes are good for the price. Cannot hype this place enough. Wait times are not long either.
