I love the place so cozy and great food must try specially the beef noodles and Tamarin juice.
The Rice Guy is the best! The food is excellent, the service is warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is modern and comfortable all at once. This is far and away the best place to get Vietnamese food in Regina!
