I started with grilled lemongrass chicken fresh rolls but did not manage to get a picture before absolutely demolishing them. My wife had the crispy spring rolls, and those were better than any I've previously tried. Very fresh.
For my entree, I had the Shrimp Salted Coconut Rice. Everything on my plate was so perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. 10/10.
My wife had the Stir-fried Beef Vermicelli bowl. The freshest and tastiest noodles bowl I have tasted in a while.
This place has raised the bar for Vietnamese food for me. Tonight, my wife and I came in after months of putting it off and choosing our go-to spots. I wish we came sooner!
