Went there on Thursday with my friends. Though they had short on staff ; still they delivered good food and service.

Service was not good and food was not free food it was frozen. And want again and only wanted a beer and took 10min and I left cuz I was naver surved

We came with a group of co workers for a farewell party for the government we arrived at 515p.m waited an hour until we received drinks they were out of numerous different beer and wine....it took forever to get to get our order taken and when the food came there were many errors and it is now 726 and we they still cannot figure out our bills.....

Food is absolutely amazing. My wife had the Greek baby ribs, and I had the lobster penne. The price is too well for the portions. It's a bit slow for some reason, but don't let that stop you. First time impressed, I'll bring the team next time.

Rooftop offers a group ordering system where everyone can place their own food orders, which I initially found very convenient. I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times, but my last two experiences were quite disappointing. One time, I ordered shrimp, and the texture was completely off — it had clearly been sitting out too long. Instead of the usual firmness, the shrimp had turned mushy, almost like melted ice cream. In another order, I found a strand of hair in the food. I gave them feedback, and the owner offered to waive the bill. While I appreciated the offer, money wasn’t the issue — I care much more about whether the food is clean and safe, and whether the response from the restaurant is sincere.

At first, I thought the matter was settled. But then, when I tried to order from them again, I found that I had been removed from the ordering group and was no longer able to reach the owner. This kind of response is confusing and unprofessional. It felt unreasonable and honestly made me feel disgusted by how things were handled.

The quality of food is poor and the services is poor: bad customer service.

Showed up at 4:15, ordered at 5, friends food wasn't cooked, my food wasn't cooked, service was incredibly slow took another 20 minutes to get my bill.

Not great.

We wanted to share our experience that we had at the Roof Top Bar and Grill, my wife and decided to go out for a Saturday supper and decided on The Roof Top , Marco the owner treated us like family , we had the most amazing meal from the French Onion soup (home made) delicious , to the smoked salmon salad, to the incredible linguini, to the fantastic tenderloin steak cooked perfectly …and to finish a chocolate dessert , we were so impressed with the food , service …we will be back
I believe it’s one of the best kept secrets in Regina

Never ordered from here before must try blackened chicken burger, Chipotle burger with sweet potato fries, and order of nachos..Will recommend 👌

We had a good time!

Unfortunate experience. A coworker had multiple hairs in her salad. I tasted something fishy in my broccoli cheddar penne (vegetarian dish based on the menu ingredients), I believe there were multiple scallops. I dug around some more and found a golf ball sized piece of lobster!!! Thankfully I don’t have a shellfish allergy, but from what I know shellfish allergies can be fatal. Rolled the dice on who they served that to. Service was good and otherwise flavour was nice, though I’m not sure if they realized how serious that mistake could have been.

The owner is a person who is passionate about food. The food provided in the store always surprises us. He can also provide us with convenient food when he is busy. In short, it is great
