Disgusting environment, bugs everywhere. Careless staff with little knowledge. Dirty plate and glassware. All around a disappointment and if you’re spending your hard earned money this is not the place to do it.

Honestly, absolutely disappointing. Once we sat down, it took about 30 minutes to get our water. After that, a good 1h30 hours to get our ceasar salad. When it came to the bill separation for the group, I’ve been waiting in line for 55 minutes and we’ve only paid about 7 bills out of 31 people. I hate to do this but it’s getting ridiculous. Also, flys everywhere, even in the soap dispenser that are dead… can’t even wash my hands once I use the bathroom. To make everything even better, they hit us with an 18% tip that is automatically included in the bill, definitely not an amount I would of paid with what I’ve seen today.

The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was a 10/10 — definitely a place I’d recommend for the experience. Service was a little inconsistent, not bad but not great either. It seemed like there were quite a few new servers on the floor, and we never had the same one tending to our table, which made it hard to flag someone down when needed. That said, once we had their attention, everything was fine — it just took a little longer than expected. Overall, still a place worth visiting!

Ordered the friday lunch special (fish and chips) food was exceptionally greasy and cold, fish was bland and soggy, fries were soggy, soup was also terrible, dessert that was included was a sliced apple??? And to top it off with some hair on my fries, gross! Never coming back to this place.

Always heard good things about this place, first time coming tonight. Very slow service, restaurant was empty and it took 20 minutes for the waitress to bring us water and another 15 for a beverage. We came for the dinner, did not eat due to it being so slow on the service side, had a drink and left.

Calm atmosphere. Really relaxed. Great food and prices for the size of the servings. Excellent and friendly waitresses

Don't, just don't. No notice, tip of 20% added to bill.
Bar area a mess, glasses, lemon, celery just lying around where customers are breathing on it and can touch it. Lobster pene made with dried lobster overly salted and unedible. asian salad not asian broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, cucumbers and 5 almond pieces with sesame dressing. seafood noodle dish 5 shrimp and couldn't find the lobster, calimari all overcooked and stuck together, had to cut it apart to eat it and then it tasted old, bathrooms couldn't flush toilets, overflowing toilets, toilet paper all over floor and dirty, it was not clean, food was not acceptable, unbelievable.

Service was not good and food was not free food it was frozen. And want again and only wanted a beer and took 10min and I left cuz I was naver surved

We came with a group of co workers for a farewell party for the government we arrived at 515p.m waited an hour until we received drinks they were out of numerous different beer and wine....it took forever to get to get our order taken and when the food came there were many errors and it is now 726 and we they still cannot figure out our bills.....
