I work fairly close to them and after work on a Friday night, I went in and ordered their appetizer combo. The service from the bartender was great. I enjoyed a beverage while waiting(not long) and took my order home. The wings were decent, ribs as well, nachos were tasty. My only regret was that I didn't have the full order as I ordered just the half size. I would go back again??

Can't believe Tyler would take advantage of a generous fundraining and charity group (RAC) in order to make some extr profit.You should be donating back at least $10 per ticket of the $18 you scammed RAC (and the customers/donators) out of.

Recently the RAC (Regina Alley Cats) held a fundraiser that the manager handly very poorly -- out of each $25 ticket for an "All You Can Eat" event, the TAP kept near $18 and only $7 went to the RAC program -- meanwhile customers were served mainly vegetarian pizzas and told they could only take a very limited amount.What a joke and display of disgusting greed and lack of maturity from the management.I know the people at RAC mean nothing but the best and care nothing more than to help stray and ferral cats around the city and they trusted your management to handle this situation and event efficiently and appropriately and you absolutely dropped the ball and showed how much you care about cutting corners for profit over everything else.You should donate a generous amount of what you made that night to the RAC.Ridiculous. I'll be sharing this story as much as I can.

We were there for lunch on a Friday...and I can appreciate that it was busy. However they need to staff up for busy times. It took forever to even have our order taken. Then another long wait for the food.

Never ate in before last night and it was a terrible experience. I order out regularly since I work in the area. The service was terrible from ordering it took 50 minutes to get our food, drinks weren’t getting refilled. Was a very disappointing experience.Kid-friendliness: Service was incredibly rude about having to bring out a high chair

We came for Singo, which was a fun time. However, the kitchen was definitely chaotic as I was given the wrong choices for my meal. I ordered the half munchie platter and about half of it was wrong. Apparently the kitchen mislabelled the order papers or something. The waitress did ask if I’d keep it and give me a discount. So instead of $26 I paid $10 something for it. Plus the $8 sangria that was on special. It was a good drink, but I would’ve preferred fruit instead of ice. Our server was friendly but not super attentive. The worst part though is the bathrooms. They need some serious deep cleaning for sure.
