Very slow service. I ordered one bagel and it took almost 10 minutes. There were 5 people working, and only one customer ahead of me. They really need to improve their service.

The staff at the counter should really work on their demeanor towards the customers. Where has all the greeting and smiling and welcoming approach gone? Is Tim Hortons losing its Canadian identity? Some of the folks at the store front act like they don't care about the job. This location is not the best in the city. The all over vibe inside the store gives a gagging feeling. Wouldn't criticize then entirely, it's Regina downtown!

I just microwave my tea for 30 seconds and see the picture of cup. my microwave filled with full smoke and bad burning smell. This is not about customer service. People are very nice who works there. Its the safety and standard thing. Please look into it make good quality please. 🙏🏻

Tim Horton’s try’s to rip off the customer…. Here's a breakdown: Cash Transactions: Round to the nearest nickel (5 cents). Amounts ending in 1 or 2 cents are rounded down to zero. Amounts ending in 3 or 4 cents are rounded up to five. Just ignorant Service….
When I think about food ,tim is my weakness. I just can't move forward without my ice coffee. Nyc place but little wait time that totally justified by their food and service.

Awful experience. Rude staff. They gossip about me out loud in their native tongue. I’m a cis woman and they banned me for using the woman’s washroom when I was having a Medical emergency. I took 4-8 minutes.
