The server goes by order of their convenience, and they will prioritize a regular over other customers even if they didn't order first. Wait 3 minutes for her to start a coffee, and it's the coffee for the person who was behind me in line. She made mine after, but it is still bad service.

Usually they are pretty good but this time they messed up my order. I clearly ordered 10 timbits and all chocolate only as I am allergic to some specific products. Even when my order was on screen I saw it all chocolate it was showing but their worker gave me all different timbits but no chocolate at all. Just wanna give you one advice please listen to your customer very carefully. I understand it’s always busy but your priority should be customer satisfaction first rather than finishing up the line.

This was the most dirty Tim Hortons I have ever seen. Everywhere I looked it was dirty. The coffee machines, the ovens, behind the counter counters...every machine had dirt and grime in the in the rails. I'm calling health and safety to check if this is considered a health violation. I never realized how spoiled I am at all my Winnipeg Tim Hortons. Disgusting that none of the staff are too dam lazy to clean. But, they were friendly.

Just go visit your store and do a deep clean. I have no idea if you visit your store on a regular basis..When ever I see any food related business and I see that level of uncleanliless, I then question the quality of the food. If you dont care about the look of the store, why care about the quality of the food. Are you storing your food properly, are you dating the food properly. If I was too walk into your food storage area, or a health inspector. Would you feel confident enough that it would pass an inspection..? Maybe if you come to Winnipeg, check out the Tim's. I'm certain there all well kept. I booked my hotel to be next to your store. I'm a Tim's fan, so disappointing to see that i wont return now. No issue with the staff customer service.
