Basically coffee shop, offering a variety of coffees, beverages, sandwiches, wraps, donuts, timbits and bakery items. Strategically located in downtown. Always much busy, including on new year's day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Should be vigilant of the beggars, sitting/ begging at their entrance. Frequent removal of ice from front ( entrance) is essential to eliminate chances of slipping.

Very slow service. I ordered one bagel and it took almost 10 minutes. There were 5 people working, and only one customer ahead of me. They really need to improve their service.

The staff at the counter should really work on their demeanor towards the customers. Where has all the greeting and smiling and welcoming approach gone? Is Tim Hortons losing its Canadian identity? Some of the folks at the store front act like they don't care about the job. This location is not the best in the city. The all over vibe inside the store gives a gagging feeling. Wouldn't criticize then entirely, it's Regina downtown!

I just microwave my tea for 30 seconds and see the picture of cup. my microwave filled with full smoke and bad burning smell. This is not about customer service. People are very nice who works there. Its the safety and standard thing. Please look into it make good quality please. 🙏🏻
