The Worst tim hortons I have ever visited I ordered a Habanero Veggie Wrap with specific instructions of no meat and they still put meat in it. Vegetarians please donot visit this store as this was the second time it happenned to me. Never going again here.

It's a downtown Tim's. Not clean yet not dirty. Passed out people at some tables.... typical.Washrooms not open till 9am which is weird but I guess when you're downtown Regina you should expect it.In and out.

I just returned from Tim Hortons on Broad street and I am gutted! I went to grab a cup of coffee and it is not hot, just warm. The Chicken wrap I got too did not look appetising at all, the wrap looked like it would unwrap if not handled with care. I feel let down because I have received better service from Tim Hortons.Parking: Customer free parking for 20mins.

You should have a booth downtown In victoria park for hot chocolate in the winter time it's beautiful there at night right now if it wasn't so cold already I'd stay out all night

Outstanding customer service from Raj. We had a very important order that had an error and Raj took control of the situation and made sure we were looked after in the best possible way. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days but I really feel Raj cared about my concerns. Excellent job, it is good people like you who create Loyal customers. A+ service.
