We stood in line for 10min then when it was our turn to order the server looked at us and "I am busy. You will have to wait" and walked away. There were only 4 people including ourselves in the whole place. The washrooms were absolutley gross. Will never stop there again.

It was good, quick and friendly service. The selection is a bit limited at this location. No breakfast sandwiches or wraps.

It's Tim's, what's more to say! Great service.

Not able to use my points card. Why is that?

Very small branch, friendly staff but not to many food options. Big parking lot outside , the Tim’s is inside on the left. Very small food court.

This place is very conveniently located on the lower level of the Queensbury Convention Centre. The service was quick. I subtracted one star because I was unable to use my phone app to pay here. Not a huge deal (I would have only subtracted half a star if that were possible), but still, it was inconvenient.

Coffee is basically double the price of McDonald's coffee, and tastes worse. If you haven't tried the coffee at McDonald's I suggest you do. The Tim Hortons soccer mom's aren't going to be happy about this review. The food isn't terrible, but again, there is better food elsewhere.

Had time to waste before going to work so went to my favorite coffee shop again! Excellent service and the baking was mouthwatering and went really good with my cappuccino. As always highly recommended

The staff are nice, and they have frosted cinnamon rolls which most Tim Horton’s have stopped carrying. However not to single anyone out, but perhaps the staff need a refresher in safe food handling. If your have a cold your shouldn’t be coughing into your hand, and if you do, you should wash them before handing my food and coffee. I had to throw out my cinnamon roll I was so grossed out.
