275 Albert St. has the best service and staff around! Every time I go to other Tim's I compare, but this one's my fav. If you order on the Tim's app, it WILL be ready when you arrive. There is often a cue (due to no drive-through) but that is due to the high # of regulars like myself, and the line always moves quickly. The staff are friendly yet professional. Give this place a visit!

The one lady who works with the head scarf is ALWAYS rude. Never greets anyone. Always in a pissy mood. I was at this location at about 4:45 on April 13th. I've complained about this lady multiple times and nothing seems to happen. She needs a lesson in customer service. There is also another shorter lady who works here who wears a head scarf who is the same way. Everyone else who works here is fantastic. These 2 ladies should not be working here

Worst service worst food and too much attitude the girl working their in evening shift today 29 august. See attached photo toasted bagel it’s totally burnt and smells. At least if can’t give good food, should provide good customer service not attitude
The mix of drinks has been terrible lately. It doesn’t taste the same as opposed to other T.H. locations. And not very friendly or welcoming.

My first time in this location today incident happened BTw 1410 and 1430 today July 30 2024. Lady taking my order insulted me because she could not ( maybe ) hear me while taking my order just wanted and ice cap and then spoke Phillipines language under her breath in BTW taking my order. Went to the windows to ask why and that that was not fair rather she insulted me. Can never go there again nor my friends.
