I have on multiple occasions ordered the lemonade quencher with water instead of lemonade. This evening the supervisor refused to process the order. I indicated that many of the Regina locations have provided this multiple times. This exact location multiple times without incident.
It makes no sense that you can have a crazy version of coffee but cannot add water instead of lemonade!!! I cannot drink anything lemonade based or the carbonation of sparkling water. Thanks to Starbucks that provides the water based Refresher…. Delicious.
I would like an intelligent explanation of why this order could not be fulfilled, what happened to decent customer service?!

The staff's genuine smiles and helpfulness demonstrate their enjoyment of their job despite the busy hours that time. Bella and Daphne treated me like valued guest. They provided excellent recommendations and promptly responded to inquiries. I appreciate the diligent and brisk actions of the staff. They are truly amazing. I love this location. I was a silent regular and this Tim’s gave a comfort and to rest in the midst of chaos.

I stopped being sick when I switched locations.
Staff wear gloves that are never changed, and I assume never wash up.

Wearing the same gloves touching every thing, then firmly pressing down on the lid thats about to be in my mouth. How is that any more sanitary?

This isn't a lone incident at this location. Seems to trend with the new workers.

I ordered a London fog from here, but it was hot, so didn’t taste it right away, when I finally did, it was gross, it was just a plain earl grey tea with 2 tea bags, I was to far to drive back, but DO better, if you don’t know how to make a London fog, don’t, there is a price difference between regular tea and a specialty one!

Only suggestion I have is to train the employees to be friendly and welcoming (to all customers). Almost all of them appear to be grumpy. There is no greeting the customers and no response when greeted. A good demeanor only brings back the customers.

My friends and I passed by to grab some coffee, and it was GREAT. Drive thru was pretty okay considering the busy line. Person at the window who helped us out was friendly! LOVE the London Fog!
