I am a regular customer at this location, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly service from the women who take orders at the window—they are consistently sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with one of the male employees have been very disappointing.

Yesterday, my husband ordered a regular small coffee but received a cappuccino instead. Mistakes happen, and we didn’t have an issue with that. However, when we mentioned it today to the same male employee, he didn’t look at us, didn’t listen, and simply ignored what we were saying. He cut us off by loudly saying “next,” which felt extremely rude and dismissive.

I tried calling the store to speak with the manager, but it seemed like someone else answered on the manager’s behalf. If the manager was busy, that’s understandable—but it’s concerning that no one took the time to speak with a customer who had a genuine concern.

I hope the management pays attention to this, because a single rude interaction can really affect the overall experience at an otherwise good location.

I went today to buy coffee around 11am and I heard old filipina lady putting her co-worker ashamed calling her dumb in there cebuano language she repeated many times. I understand what she saying and I am embarrassed for the employee. Im not coming back because this should not tolerated and this kind of employee should be fired not respecting her co-worker. That lady is making sandwiches area.

Ordered a pretty average sized meal for two people. They forgot my apple fritter, we can just go back and let them know, no big deal right? When we went back in to get it, the ginger-haired worker tried to ring up a new one, and when corrected she had an attitude. She snatched a bag aggressively, tossed it in, and threw the bag onto the counter. When we said thank you, she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. Forgetting something isn’t a huge deal, everyone does it at some point. But giving us a huge amount of attitude because we asked you nicely to correct your mistake is just unprofessional. Love this place otherwise but this woman needs a reality check when dealing with customers.

Rudest staff ever.
Made my coffee too sweet like they poured a whole cup of sugar in it. Walked in after being through the drive through to change it as it was too sweet, the young Philippino girl rolled eyes and refused to change it and told me you can get your refund but we won’t make another one.

This is 4th time I had a latte but I don’t know in hurry they always give a worst coffee. It wasn’t hot, felt just like sweet milk in it. No taste of lattee
