Rude drive thru staff doesnt even have the ability to listen or take a feedback staff notbeven wearing there bame tags no manager on duty available
Disappointed with the staff & coffee. Basic french vanilla was not up to the mark. It was very plain and flavorless unlike other Tim's outlets.
I like the environment of this Tim hortons. The staff is very friendly and accommodating .
My go to place every afternoon after school. My blackberry quencher is my favorite.
I'm a Tim Horton's lover!! The coffee in the mornings and their quality teas in the afternoons or evenings! On the hot summer days their tasty thirst quenchers hit the spot!
The service was terribly slow

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a somewhat disappointing experience. The servers seemed to be in a rush, which made the service feel impersonal and rushed. While they were polite, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail, as they hurried through taking orders and preparing food. On top of that, the portion sizes were smaller than expected, leaving me feeling like I didn’t get good value for my money. Despite the food being decent, the overall experience felt hurried and lacked the usual warmth and care I’ve come to expect from Tim hortons. Another than that I liked coffee as always.

We went inside to order and got Extremely slow service, had to wait 20 minutes standing right at the counter before our order got taken. Apparently drive-thu is their #1 priority

I had ordered medium French vanilla with half coffee. It was perfect. I got a half coffee on the side and I mixed it as per my choice . I am surprised with the price for it . It was 3 bucks for it. You can buy a whole packet for 10 bucks at store.

This is a nice smaller location of the Tim Hortons that we have to meet up with people and enjoy what they have to offer!

The old lady working cashier cannot be bothered with her phone. Donuts display were old and does not stay good, I wouldve go back but we were on a rush. The place is filled with homeless. Not a good spot.

Went for my regular French vanilla X-Large. Most of staff know my face if not my name and had order entered into till before I even had the app opened on my phone and my Tim’s card out of my wallet. I like their normally fast, friendly and efficient service!

This Tim Horton is suck it's a very poor service and they always like to charge people extra for everything because I order a green tea black with a honey on the side and they told me I have to pay the honey for I don't understand why I supposed to pay the honey because if I ask them for 10 sugar they will put the 10 sugar but if I ask them like one or two honey on the side they are telling me to pay the honey I tried to talk to the manager and she doesn't deserve to be a manager because the manager is somebody who can make the customers happy and you know talk to them in a nice way so she was so aggressive and rude the location is Albert Street right beside the Domino's opposite of 7-Eleven
