I ordered an iced coffee today morning. And there was a team member named as kinjal who was taking my order in a very rude way and there was no politeness in her way of talking. She was leaning on screen while taking my order.

Pretty terrible service, very slow, placed my order while ensuring to ask first that they DID have the item I wanted, they assured me they did so I ordered 2, when order came up she informed me she only had one of my ordered item so they would give me something instead and quickly started offering me bagels, drinks, donuts etc, I told her I would prefer to just have my money back as there was nothing else that I wanted, she blankly looked at me and said I don’t know how to give money back and there’s no manager here to do it, I looked at her and said so you’re just going to keep my money when I’m asking for a refund and her response was “sorry”……unacceptable Tim Hortons that is blatant stealing from your customers…..completely disgusting.

Employee’s were nice but sadly service was very slow. I placed my order in what I expected to be plenty of time to receive it and use the bathroom before boarding my flight. I ended up having to leave my food behind as it had not been prepared and my flight had called my name 3 times for last boarding call. Ended up paying for a sandwich I didn’t get to eat.

Incredibly slow service at this location.Will make orders in the wrong order, serve everyone, then dumbly ask what you're waiting for after everyone else has been served. Terrible.

Ordered habanero bowl with crispy chicken . They made the order wrong and the staffs were rude. Also they were cheap in the portion of chicken, half the amount of chicken compared to what the other Tim’s in the city.

Bagel was cold… I don’t know how it could happen when you order a plain bagel with butter and there’s no other client… the donut with chocolate was the driest I’ve had in a while… the only thing that was fine was the mini egg donut. But staff is friendly and service is fast, probably because they are giving old toasted bagel ?

Very poor service. The staff was very rude while taking the order and also while delivering it. I was with my family n kids but she was also rude to my kids too. When I asked her for her name she said why do I need it . Won’t recommend when she is working.
Service was quick and staff were polite. They do not have bagel sandwiches here, or at least not when I tried to order. I got my sandwich within 2 minutes of ordering. Impressive. Lineup wasnt bad either and they opened up a second cashier for even faster service. Considering it is one of only 2 options for food at the airport before 9am, I would say this is a good option.

Food was cold. One of the hasbrowns was cold and hard the other one was fresh but undercooked. It was not busy and staff were just standing around chatting. Wish they paid more attention to the food. Disappointed as I couldnt return my food as I had to catch my flight.
