Slow service went inside the store and didn’t even get acknowledged we ended having to go through drive thru and got way faster service but they messed up our order!! Very inconvenient do better!!

I don’t wanna give this one star too..I’m so disappointed,I have order French vanilla an hr ago,I do understand it busy and rush hour ,it does not mean to server Cold one,,it is barely hot,I’m on way to work,just 600 mts around from tims,imagine when yu have sip it is cold ,while giving the coffee he mentioned its hot!

Vegetarian options: This place is so inconvenient and so insecure because of the washroom lock was not working and I wanted to use for an emergency stop by and I accidentally had someone coming in while I am using and no way to notice because the lock was not working as attached pictures could be seen also when I try to enjoy my food someone came in and told me not to have a conversation with my friend of mine where I thought it was a place of gathering and enjoying while we communicate each other
7:26 am, October 15. Lady at the window. Quit customer service if you don’t know how to talk. And if you don’t understand the order, might as well admit it. Spoiled the whole morning. We stop there to get coffee not your attitude. Never going to go this location for sure.
