The employees at this location clearly don’t care about customers specially an Indian girl her name is NAV, i was waiting for my order and she was busy with her chatting and making fun of others! Her behaviour is really so weird, she doesn’t even know how to behave with customers! This was the fourth time i am facing same issue at same location! I’ve tried giving them multiple chances, but it’s always the same: bad attitudes, poor quality food, and zero accountability.

When we received our bag of food we took a second to check it. The drive thru girl go "next car please!" Literally 20 seconds after handing it to us. 2 minutes later I'm walking into the store cuz my order was wrong and I didn't have a chance to check it. Rude.

Awesome service and food,the staff seems professional specially that Indian girl who was working at drive through this evening.
I am a regular customer, been giving them business for at least 3 years on almost a daily basis. I went in one evening and ordered 2 coffees, a peach drink and a pizza. Upon leaving the drive through, one of the coffees spilled all over my fiance lap, floor and seat because they did not out the lid on properly. So i immediately phoned in and made a complaint and told the lady in charge that my fiance had burned her leg and our vehicle has coffee all over the seats and carpets. and the lady asked me what the coffee was that was spilled. I told her a medium triple triple, and she says “the triple triple isn’t that hot because it has a lot of cream so she can’t be burned. But if it’s a problem, I can give you another coffee.” The lady had absolutely no care what’s so ever for what happen. I realize accidents do happen, but the way she handled that was very unprofessional. An apology would’ve been nice. Very upset.

I think this location is the best in Regina. The staff are well organized and very friendly. It has the feel of a neighborhood cafe where staff know the names of the customers and know their favourite purchases by memory. The baking looks fantastic and always fresh. I have never had a bad coffee her ( unlike many other locations). Amazing customer service (even when customers are not as polite as they should be ) My favourite location by far!
Kid-friendliness: Mini portions would be helpful. Maybe with a sticker included.

Most miserable employees one would ever encounter. Doesn't smile, no thank you, just very unhappy employees.
