I visit Tim Hortons every morning, but yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing. A man working at drive-thru seemed completely untrained and unprofessional. It wasn’t even busy, yet it took him minutes just to take a simple order. He was slow, didn’t seem to know what he was doing, and was quite rude during the interaction. As a regular customer, I expected better service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back.

A special shoutout to Reizl!! she's always so welcoming and professional, and she goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Whether it's early in the morning or during a busy rush, they handle everything with a smile. It's clear they care about customer service. The employees at this location clearly don’t care about customers specially an Indian girl her name is NAV, i was waiting for my order and she was busy with her chatting and making fun of others! Her behaviour is really so weird, she doesn’t even know how to behave with customers! This was the fourth time i am facing same issue at same location! I’ve tried giving them multiple chances, but it’s always the same: bad attitudes, poor quality food, and zero accountability.

When we received our bag of food we took a second to check it. The drive thru girl go "next car please!" Literally 20 seconds after handing it to us. 2 minutes later I'm walking into the store cuz my order was wrong and I didn't have a chance to check it. Rude.

I visit Tim Hortons every morning, but yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing. A man working at drive-thru seemed completely untrained and unprofessional. It wasn’t even busy, yet it took him minutes just to take a simple order.
He was slow, didn’t seem to know what he was doing, and was quite rude during the interaction. As a regular customer, I expected better service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back.
