First of all, to premise my review, I want to state that I do like Tim Horton's and their rewards and will continue to go there. However, I'm not a fan of all their restrictions on the apps such as certain times that things are available. As well, I also find more often than not, that they have run out of items I particularly like OR don't offer them after a certain time. It gives me a bad impression of their service. I think they should do better.

I often visit this Tim Hortons, but I’m frequently disappointed because many items are out of stock. It seems like they are not well-prepared for customer demand. I hope they improve their inventory so customers can enjoy a full menu.

Every visit to this Tim Hortons has been amazing — the coffee is always fresh, the food comes out hot, and the service is on point every single time. The employees here really stand out; they’re friendly, fast, and always greet you with a smile even during the morning rush. Parliament Tim’s in Regina is one of the best Tim’s in the city! The staff are always friendly, quick, and they get my order right every time — even during the morning rush. The store is clean, well organized, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. You can tell the team here really cares about their customers. Definitely my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

I went drive through right now it’s 3am today 29 august, there was a philipino guy there he did’nt even listened to me properly first about what i want and did’nt even asked me if i finished order just assumed and i was saying hello hello for 5 mins no one answered and then when i pulled up to the window he said we don’t have any to eat right now but it felt he don’t wanted to serve anything. I agree at night you don’t want to take customers but still if there are few people coming up treat them with respect . Worst guy ever seen
