I order one coffee, made specifically with milk instead of cream, and then one of the staff angrily says “you didn’t say that,” when I pull up to the window and see the coffee is made with cream and again ask them to make me one with milk. Very poor customer service skills and mannerism. If they were not so focused on rushing the customer through the drive thru, maybe they would have heard what I actually said.

Took my sister through the drive through to get a sandwich and wedges. They said the wedges would be ready in 10 minutes. By the time we got to the window it had already been 5 minutes. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot and ended Up calling them as when we tried to go inside, the door was locked with a sign saying they don’t open the lobby between 1-5:30. If you want Tim’s in harbour landing, go to the other location.

Very rude staff at this drive-thru. I saw other people in this review list had the same problem and issue is still not resolved. I think people should stop visiting these restaurants with poor and rude customer service.

Tired of chains being BAD. After ordering my food and having it paid for I found I had the wrong items in my bag that were ordered- despite it showing up properly on the order screen , when letting the service people know that my order was wrong they suggested I could pay to get the remaining parts of my order that were missing. I took my dad there on Dec13 around 1:30. I ordered a Herb and Garlic pastries for myself and something else for my old dad. It was my first time to have herb and garlic pastries and it was cold. It directly came out from the fridge. I thought this is the way that they serve. My dad asked me to buy same pastries for him. I told him it wasn’t tasty it was cold and I didn’t like it. He said he was going to try. I ordered one for him and I was surprised as it was totally hot! I brought my concern to staff. There was a man with a red shirt he was so rude to me. Keep interrupting and mocking me. He said :”you eat the food and I can’t do anything! “ so rude! unbelievable! Even when I was talking to supervisor he still interrupted me. Keep saying they warmed pastry for me. I an adult and I know there is difference between a food that has been warmed with the one that just came out from the fridge. Even the colour is different. I m not gonna go back there! Staff are unbelievably rude! They did nothing!

We have been out here for a week of Agribition and going to this Tim Hortons every morning for the conscience and it has to be the slowest Tim Hortons going. The lady taking the orders never is ready to take the order and messes up getting the coffee in right and then if you order any food we now have waited 18 minutes to get a simple breakfast
Never have any menu items available. Would recommend anywhere else.

Tim's in Parliament South is a sharing coffee shop and dining spot that I've come to appreciate. It's in a convenient location. It offers a pleasant environment for various occasions. With its cozy and inviting seating area. It is a great place for personal meetings or catching up with friends.One of the standout features of this Tim Hortons location is the lovely fireplace area. It not only adds a cozy ambiance but also serves as a perfect spot to warm up on chilly days and during wintertime. This feature sets it apart from many other Tim Hortons locations. Making it a welcoming and comfortable place to relax.This is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some quality time with yourself or with friends and / or co-workers. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already.
