I dont normally come to this location or to Tim's in general. But after going to this location for a coffee this morning. I remembered why I stopped going to Tim's. Was waiting in the drive-thru for coffee and just happened to be watching inside when I noticed the food maker had dropped a bagel or something on the floor, quickly looked around to see if anyone was noticing, then proceeded to pick up said item and wrap it and serve to the customer. Sorry to whoever receives this item. So gross Tim's.. Do better.

Used to go here in the mornings since I lived close but the food has continuously been so stale every time I now drive out of my way to go somewhere else. You will make an order, and within the 5 seconds it takes to drive from the speaker to the window, the food is in hand and ready. Being fast is great, but this place is suspiciously fast. Especially since the food is cold and hard like it was made the day before.
Even the coffee tastes different from other locations, but not in a good way.

Iām on my way to Saskatoon right now. I ordered Chilli and it was very very sour. I had to call them so they can check the batch that they did so other customers cant have the same experience as mine.

Every time I come here regardless of itās at 7 in the morning or 7 at night they give me old and cold coffee so I often go out of my way to drive the distance to a different Tims or coffee shop all together wouldnāt recommend even in a rush

So I came to write another review on the rice bowls and itās still horrible I bought one again to see if maybe it was the worker who made it last time and everything is just wrong still tell me why I have to cut up the lettuce and the chicken because they are so huge itās missing a few of the normal vegetables that is it.. PLEASE DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE also my drink was French vanilla was lukewarm
During my recent visit, not only was the tea I received of very poor quality ā it tasted weak and improperly made ā but I also experienced unprofessional behavior from a staff member. The staff wasārude when I asked for assistance,ā ādismissive which made the entire experience unpleasant and frustrating.
Iāve always appreciated Tim Hortons for its friendly service and consistent quality, so this experience was quite unexpected and disappointing. I believe that all customers deserve respectful treatment and properly prepared food and beverages.

I visited many times at this tim Horton The tea did not meet the quality standards I ordered steep tea triple triple but they gave me double double all the and also cold coffee to my colleagues
