So I came to write another review on the rice bowls and it’s still horrible I bought one again to see if maybe it was the worker who made it last time and everything is just wrong still tell me why I have to cut up the lettuce and the chicken because they are so huge it’s missing a few of the normal vegetables that is it.. PLEASE DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE also my drink was French vanilla was lukewarm

During my recent visit, not only was the tea I received of very poor quality — it tasted weak and improperly made — but I also experienced unprofessional behavior from a staff member. The staff was“rude when I asked for assistance,” “dismissive which made the entire experience unpleasant and frustrating.
I’ve always appreciated Tim Hortons for its friendly service and consistent quality, so this experience was quite unexpected and disappointing. I believe that all customers deserve respectful treatment and properly prepared food and beverages.

Every now and then for some reason it takes them 20 mins to make a single brekfast sandwich and 10 for a coffee, there's no consistency, customers inside are just as important as the drive through.

How do you not see the cheese that has probably been out for 2 days, almost as hard as rock. I'm paying for your service. Not getting free food. Was happy that there was a timmy close to home even though i had to drive backward. But every time i bought coffee, it was old or burned, no exception. Yesterday, i was heading to work thought lets just grab a bite and found this crap in my mouth. No job is small, and everyone plays an important role in others' lives. Yet you guys continue to ruin a simple coffee. Anyways from now on, i would rather go hungry than waste my money on this place.
Note/ you are on an awkward side for attracting customers. the only reason people would drive backward is for the service. And a bad coffee always ruins the start of the day.
