They couldn’t make my coffee right when I asked him to remake it. I got a bunch of attitude didn’t put the caramel shot I askedfor in it no customer care didn’t seem like they even cared for their job whether they had it or lost it definitely will not be coming back

During off-peak hours they don't care about you. It's just 6 people standing and yapping. I ordered a drink and they didn't even tell me it was ready. Then I had to ask 3 people 3 times if that drink there was mine. They didn't want to acknowledge a paying customer. Worst service. I can understand gujrati/hindi... They were saying bad stuff about customers.

This Tim Horton's is magical, it's like Disney World for coffee lovers! It's a secret location that only the elite of Regina can go to, like myself. They have the stuff on their regular menu of course, but they also have pizza, ice cream, hamburgers, even FILET MIGNON! You name it, they'll make it! These are chefs sent from cafe heaven! Gordon Ramsey's Michelin restaurants could never! And then the activities... they have arcade games, pinball, merry go round, three different roller coasters. They even have the famous red Tim Horton's coffee cup walking around and you can wave to them and take selfies with them! Last time I went I got a selfie with the red cup AND the bagel belt! Not to mention the concerts. I'm going to see Our Lady Peace perform there next month! This Tim Horton's is fun for the whole family. I just wish everyone in Regina could experience the happiest place on Earth. Or at least, the happiest place in Regina. I can't wait to go back!

I ordered a XL white hot chocolate all year with a peanut butter packet on the side and was never charged for it at the 11th and broad st location but wen I ordered it at the Cornwall location they wanted an extra 35c on top of the $3.50 for the drink... that's not right at all...

The Best coffee in Regina and probably the rest of the world.. I used to see Tim Hortons at outdoor pow wows too, sitting there with your best toothless cousin still trying to look snaggable checking out your other cousins

This is the third day in a row where I have ordered a medium double double and received a medium with only two cream. I have decided to switch back to Starbucks. At least there you get what you ordered.
