Went late at night. Sky was clear, flowers in the field blew in the wind. My friends and I decided to drive through the drive through. A nice man greeted us and took our order. Once we had completed our order we mistakenly forgot a drink so went through once more. The same hero of a man was taking our order and helped us use our gift card. Unfortunately we forgot a drink and forgot to scan my Tim’s reward points card for a second time so went through again. Yo Ik so what they say, third times the charm. The third time a different employee answered our calls, so I had to ask for my favourite employee again. Fortunately he was there shortly to take our order. Once again his service was superb, his smile was out of this world, and his voice was angelic. He took our order once again as an outstanding staple of Tim’s service. We tried giving him a tip for his understanding and amazing service but he simply said “no problem, it’s my job”. People like him don’t come often, and when they do it’s a pleasure to speak with them. This was an experience to remember and I will most definitely be returning to this location when ever I have a craving of my beloved sparkling blackberry yuzu fruit quencher. 3 star for each time we went through the drive through and the other two for his amazing service. If there were more stars to give I would give them all.

I am deeply concerned of this business, how is this worst Tim Hortons in this city? If you wanna get food you have to wait for a good 15 minutes as they seem over staffed and work like they are under I swear its just yelling and messing up order. I also got the damn timbit bucket for some kids and there was a dead bug at the bottom how does this even happen atp dawg… please go out of business or figure your employment strategy out.

We came to get camp day donut 2 days in a row. The lady taking the drive thru order said they only have donuts after 9. We went there at 9:40 both days and that doesn't make sense and she is rude too. She got our coffee order wrong too.

Lady ar the counter did not speak much English. I asked for 6 donuts and 6 muffins. She struggled but gave me 6 muffins and didn't understand i wanted both. Finally she gave me both. Then because I ordered 2 types of muffins in the 6 pack she charged me for them separately. After discussion she finally (was resistant) corrected the price. I got home and discovered 2 of the 6 donuts were the wrong kind (I picked). It was a good lesson as I will never go to this Tim's ever again. I have had this experience there before. Last time I ordered Tim bits no plain and I got all plain.

I frequent this store during my lunch breaks and it has been an awesome experience so far. Staff is friendly, management is always upto the task and helpful, have faced zero issues with my food. The only thins that needs improvement here is nothing 😁

I love this place…I have been there a number of times on my way to work, and every time get a great customer satisfaction..The team here is always enthusiastic and the smile on their faces would be enough to make your day, and on top of that the freshness that they serve either talk about their freshly baked goods or a cup of freshly brewed black coffee, everything is commendable…worth a visit …Thanks to a wonderful team and management ❤️
