The service at this location is incredibly slow. The lady taking orders is incredibly rude. She has zero customer service skills. Multiple times the same woman has scanned my card and then manipulated the order so the rewards are not recieved from my Tim's card. When I ask her to scan my card again, she snaps and tells me it is scanned. The service here is demeaning, rude and unfriendly. This is not tim hortons customer service standards. Very disappointed everytime I visit this location. Just get your coffee before you arrive at the airport. Not worth the hassle of dealing with those unpleasant ladies. The prices are also alot higher here than any other tim Hortons in the city.Do better.Train your staff on proper customer service

Ordered habanero bowl with crispy chicken . They made the order wrong and the staffs were rude. Also they were cheap in the portion of chicken, half the amount of chicken compared to what the other Tim’s in the city.

Bagel was cold… I don’t know how it could happen when you order a plain bagel with butter and there’s no other client… the donut with chocolate was the driest I’ve had in a while… the only thing that was fine was the mini egg donut. But staff is friendly and service is fast, probably because they are giving old toasted bagel ?Wheelchair accessibility: In the airport

Very poor service. The staff was very rude while taking the order and also while delivering it. I was with my family n kids but she was also rude to my kids too. When I asked her for her name she said why do I need it . Won’t recommend when she is working.

When did Tim Hortons start to suck so much!? The service is terrible! Nobody can speak English anymore! They don’t even seem to bother listening to what you’re asking for anymore. Small black coffee was burnt, with coffee grounds at the bottom. This is supposed to be “always fresh?“ The breakfast wrap was terrible, no longer wrapped in a cardboard sleeve, ordinary rapper instead, stuck to the wrap, as for the size of the wrap it is now smaller than a small pita, price is still the same, if not higher than before. Wrong donut as well. I guess it’s now the consumers responsibility to inspect the order for quality and to ensure everything is correct before driving away. If only zero stars was an option. Pathetic attempt at quality, for something so simple.

Service was quick and staff were polite. They do not have bagel sandwiches here, or at least not when I tried to order. I got my sandwich within 2 minutes of ordering. Impressive. Lineup wasnt bad either and they opened up a second cashier for even faster service. Considering it is one of only 2 options for food at the airport before 9am, I would say this is a good option.

idk I found an ostrich egg in my coffee but that wasn't horrible tasting. I did not like the towel that a worker put in my burger though. Missed my flight trying to eat that burger.

Waiting for our flight and went to Tim Hortons at airport. They have Carmel macchiatos advertised everywhere. I ordered one and then was told not one employee working knows how to make that so they couldn’t do it for me. Um...ok? Shouldn’t someone know how to make the drink that is advertised all over your store front? Left without ordering anything
