Only problem I have is the unfriendly staff at the drive thru at night. They dont look at you and dont acknowledge you're even there while handing you your order.

The person was rude on the intercom because I asked why they “got rid of” both of the maple dip and the Canadian maple donuts . Always a bad experience coming to Tim Hortons. Make sure you always ask for your receipt because I have found random charges on mine before I wish Tim Hortons was still Canadian. Yuck

I bought a farmers wrap bacon sausage from the outlet but was very salty and could not eat it. Customer service needs to be worked upon as the cashier was not patient to take orders but in a rush, and by so doing, I could not scan my barcode.

Best steep tea in town. Well from what I know. They're pastries don't forget about those because they're delicious, the Boston Creams aren't Boston Creams, they're actually Bismarcks because Boston cream has cream not pudding filled. Also don't forget to tip the homeless person wanting your change because they're people too and maybe your change changes their life and makes it a little bit easier for them to live.
This Timmy's is clean and donuts fresh and stocked coffe good. I will no longer go to any other Tim hortons,

This location has gone down hill so bad. My order is never right anymore the last 4 times. Usually I go back inside to have the proper drink made. But The wait times are insane. I dont wanna wait another 20 mins for a drink to be temade. When going inside you often leave my order sitting there for 15 mins before giving it to me then my food is cold. Also you have tons of flies in your pastry case. Disgusting. Rude staff, especially when you tell them they made a mistake. I call to complain yall don't answer after mulitple attempts. Used to enjoy coming here now it's a joke.
