Wow! Fast , friendly service and the washroom has a button on the door for accessibility!
No tables are designated for wheelchairs, but there is plenty of space for maneuvering even a large chair or a stretcher. (I'm thinking of my brother's friend , Billy, as I'm typing this - he had a stretcher that he wheeled instead of a wheelchair.)
The accessible washroom is very spacious - great for wheelchairs or mums with strollers.
This location has two electrical plugs for charging with an adapter or USB cable.

In my experience the food is excellent, the service is good and the atmosphere…not bad. Pizza + Drive thru is The Problem. Its unacceptable to have 20 or more cars waiting in line for this nonsense, get them to park out front like every other place with long orders and take it out to the car. There is a reason why pizza places Dont have drive thru and they’re not making customers wait for a drink while an entire pizza is baked. Its ridiculous. I’ve already written to head office about this and they cant believe local owners are not already directing people to pull around to the side to pick up.

I ordered an extra large tea but they gave me a large, and it wasn't very hot.

Closing at 11pm means closing at 11pm, not 10:50. I didn't want to order a million donuts. I just wanted an iced coffee.

I am very disappointed with this location. Every time I order Door Dash or Skip delivery for this location nothing but issues. I ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich and I got two sandwiches. As well I asked for no sauce, and both had ranch on it. I cannot have ranch dressing, so basically what I had for lunch is wedges and donut. Thanks for nothing.

Fruit fly all over the baking display.
So disappointed. My kids didn’t want to order cause of all the bugs in the display.
The covers were clearly there…pushed out of the way for the convenience of the servers.
When I brought it up to the cashier, she told her supervisor and she told me it’s natural and her owners are aware.
I wish I had taken the photo, I would have added this to @justbinsregina.
I think this was also an issue with this restaurant recently as well.

I usually order a medium cappuccino from your branch and am always served by a Filipino cashier. So far, the service has been consistently good—friendly and accommodating.

However, this morning around 11AM, I was quite upset by the experience I had with a cashier whose name I didn’t catch completely, but it sounded like “Preet.” I ordered a medium cappuccino as usual, but she gave me a triple-triple instead. When I pointed it out, rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding, she responded in a sarcastic tone, as if blaming me for the incorrect order.

When I finally received the cappuccino, I noticed it was unusually light. Upon checking, I realized the cup was only about a quarter full of coffee and the rest was foam. When I asked if a bit more coffee could be added, she responded that it was the standard. I asked politely again, and she eventually replaced it—but not without a noticeably sarcastic expression.

I don’t usually raise complaints, but this experience stood out because it was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise pleasant service I’m used to. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the quality of service your customers appreciate.

Thank you.
