Order was correct but person at drive thru didnt say much or greet just total and that was it and didnt have the happy persona was more on the ok now get lost attitude

Always get the order wrong, if it’s right, the proportions aren’t right, horrible horrible service, dirty inside & outside. Will never recommend anybody going there, no booths.

Go anywhere else but here. Got a black tea 2 days in a row. First time an unmarked coffee with cream and sugar, second time looked for the tea bags on the cup(figured I'd be ok), got a tea filled with a bunch of cream again unmarked. This is absolutely ridiculous. Called back to ask what's going on around there not one person speaks English. Boycott this franchise.

Honestly, for the area and location, I am pretty impressed. The owner/ or supervisor I seen smarten up a couple junkies causing issues a while back. Kicked em out and caught them stealing! Finally someone taking charge at their restaurant/franchise. You do get the occasional guy sitting outside by the drive thru begging(hes out of sight of the cameras keep in mind!) Clean store. Clean kitchen/prep areas. And for how busy they are on a perfect location. It was fast, efficient, and smooth. Tbh... well done 5 stars.

Ordered on Skip, wanted an XL coffee and got a small green tea instead.
I’m honestly so done with this place. The customer service is awful (especially at night) — the staff are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. They always get my drink wrong no matter how simple it is. I’ve given them multiple chances, but it’s the same bad experience every time. Super disappointing and not worth the money.

They get your order wrong a lot. If you're vegetarian, always check your food before eating it because sometimes they will put meat in your food even if you didn't order it. They give you less food than other locations, my breakfast sandwiches always have less eggs in them when I order from this location. I once ordered a pumpkin spice latté and it was room temperature when they served it to me. If you order any donuts from the kiosk they will probably forget to give them to you. There's also a lot of flies flying around here. I only go here because it's close to my house, I absolutely don't recommend it.

Yesterday we came before work, we usually use the drive through knowing youre service for the inside people is terrible....
We waited 30 minutes for 2 energy drinks, bagel, Belt, a breakfast box thing... which was supposed to be sausage but we got bacon so I threw it away and 5 minutes late for work.
Tim hortons make this right or we will never come again.
This was our second awful experience inside in.a row.

Yesterday I went to this Tim Horton's on 4th Avenue and Winnipeg Street. I had problems once before. 2 STRIKES and you are OUT!!! I handed them a survey to pay $1 for an extra large French vanilla. They told me my survey was no good and they would not honor it. Instead of telling them where to go I just drove off and swore.I'd never come back to this location ever again. They can KEEP their French Vanilla I went to another location and they had no problems with the survey I gave them.
TWO STRIKES. I will never return.
