We always go to this location 3-4 times a week because me and my wife love the food but usually we do takeouts but this is the first time we decide to go inside the restaurant because my wife is pregnant and she has to go washroom but they have to restrooms one is closed and the other one is clogged and then when me,my wife and my mother in law and my sister we are waiting at the counter for giving the order but there is one guy who is just hanging around he dont ask us for anything and then when we go to other side till to give the order and the guy come to us and he is just staring at us he didnt even ask for anything then we give the order and he puts the order now on the other side of counter and he didnt tell us our food is on that side im so pissed of from staff poor customer service that guy make us feel like he didnt care about the customers and this is my first time in life i am giving a review to a food place because that guy make us feel like we are nothing.I request to the management of this location please have a look on that kind of staff and from now im not going on that locationAnd i just want to tell the time what time we are there (The Time is 8:00 PM to (8:30)PM please have a look management if you guys really care about customers

March 19, 2024 at around 3:55 to 4:10 Here is what i ordered through drive-thru:1 Large Coffee Double Double1 Large Strawberry Watermelon Quencher1 Sausage Farmer’s Wrap with Potato wedges1 Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Potato wedges2 Herb & Garlic Pastries20 pcs TimbitsAt first they gave us Medium Coffee, we corrected them and gave it back. Understandable. Waited 2 minutes, they gave us the bag and walked away. I asked the server if she put the pastries and timbits in the bag. She said yes everything is inside and turned to talk to her coworkers. I drove home, checked the bag. No herb & Garlic pastries and no timbits.Food is always good. But the service lack so much ??The receipt wasn’t given to me nor inside the bag. So disappointing.

Went through drive through ordered a decaf coffee, they didn't have any ready asked me to drive around and park and they would bring it out. 10 mins later I went in, the staff seemed to be more interested in joking around with each other, they hadn't even started to make a pot of decaf yet. Gave me an excuse that the button on the machine didn't always work right. Don't care if it doesn't work right , someone should have been aware and making sure it was working instead of joking around!

I asked to clean the tiolet so I could use it and I was waiting for them to clean it and to use it and I could not wait any longer so I was very upset about it.

Noticed the workers weren’t using gloves to grab donuts, just bare hands. Asked them if using bare hands was typical and the lady gave me attitude. Gross.
