Shoutout to the evening shift at this Tim Hortons — they’re absolutely amazing! Every time I stop by in the evening, the staff is friendly, patient, and always in a great mood. Whether it’s a quick coffee run or a late snack, they consistently provide fast and accurate service. The place is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming even during the quieter hours. Big thanks to the evening crew for always making my day end on a good note!

Josie greets customers with great attitude and very friendly and respectful personality. She remembers our morning orders when we come at 5:30-6am

Our favourite Tim's in Regina; Candice is a standout employee- always positive and has a smile on her face! And always makes sure you have the right order! Great service!

I felt really disappointed this morning. The lady working the drive-thru around 7 AM (Thursday, August 14) was rude. I’m not sure if that’s just the way she talks or if she was actually being rude. I repeated my order twice at the speaker, and she just said, “I got you.” When I got to the window, my order was messed up. When I asked about it, she replied in a rude tone, “You need to let us know next time. I can’t do anything, there’s a lineup behind you.” She was not even listening and rushing for the next costumer.
That’s not okay. I’m a paying customer—shouldn’t my order be right? Are they just rushing to finish the line instead of making sure customers are happy? This is the first time I am posting review for Tim Hortons. I felt very disrespected and belittled.

I would complain about the service but there really is none. Stood in line for over five minutes while they took care of every single car in the drive through. Not worth going unless you're in a car.

I’ve been to the Tim Hortons on Albert Street a few times, staff are always friendly and the food is consistent and fresh. It’s a good spot for a quick coffee or bite. It is sad to see so many homeless people around the building, but that’s more a reflection of the bigger issues in the city, not the business itself

Didn’t have any donuts in stock, same with wedges and wraps. Maybe on your team huddle board you should write “make donuts”. Guy in drive thru was nice though

This is the slowest drive through on the planet.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, used toilet paper all over the ground and looked like bloody bandages.
Went through the drive thru. Lady who rang us through was polite and professional. My order was as expected.
