I was getting coffee March 17/25 am and server at window was already upset, miserable look on face.
I had points card in my hand and payment but handed her payment 1st.. She got soo upset, spoke to me like I was a child and rudely stated " point card 1st!!
Then she shoved the coffee at me , lid came off, it splashed on me, in my car and burned my leg...WOW..so what did that prove..proud of urself?
When u have "anger management issues"...you should not work with people.. Please get help!

Did a catering order for work and although the online ordering was challenging, the team at the restaurant were able to help with setting the pick up time that I needed. Imelda was very helpful and friendly. We're best friends now.

Omg, 5 people behind the counter. All running around in circles. Mean while they are serving drive through customers in less than two minutes.
Took 20 minutes to make a bagle, ice coffee and screwed up the Nutella ice cap. Then another 15 minutes for my bagle to be made. Had ordered 10 honey dip tim bits. Got assorted.
Serving the drive through before your customers who came i to the store is so wrong. Having 5 people looking like it's there first day is also wrong.

We stop in each morning that we work in office, the drive thru team is absolutely amazing! Wonderful to receive their positive and cheerful “good morning”!
I've had frustrating experiences at this location, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially two women who seem to take a particular pleasure in being rude to customers. Today as usual was no different. I find myself dreading each visit at this location amd often used other locations. But this one is close and is supposed to be convenient. The customer service here is absolutely appalling, and it's discouraging to see such a lack of consideration for patrons. I really wish I could give zero stars, as my encounters have been consistently disappointing.

How the hell do you manage to burn a French vanilla??? Was the one hot drink I could order because I can’t stand the burnt taste of the coffee & espresso drinks, but now even that has somehow been ruined
