If there is any option to give negative, I would give to customer service of this branch. Really pathetic and very rude behavior. I was there to pickup my order , I wanted to add wedges as well in my order. So, I was trying through app. There is this boy , he said he would throw my order in garbage if I didn't pick it up. Very rude. If he doesn't love what he do , then why hire such people.I would never go to this branch ever again

This is the second time I’ve had a completely unacceptable experience at this location. The first time, I found a large hair in my wrap. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was available and they refused to replace my order. Yesterday, I ordered the same wrap again, and the chicken was undercooked and pink. This place clearly does not care about food safety or their customers. I will never come back and I strongly do not recommend anyone eat here. Franchise owner needs to look into it or this place will fail. DON'T BUY FROM HERE

I ordered the Habanero Chicken Loaded Bowl with cheese, but unfortunately it didn’t come with any sauce. A bit disappointing, since the sauce really makes the dish :(

The staff here behaves as they are giving out food for free. Horrible service, specially the lady and a gent who are usually at the counter. The least they can do is be pleasant and not be rude all the times even when there is no rush. They need to learn some manners and need training in customer service.
