This is the second time I’ve had a completely unacceptable experience at this location. The first time, I found a large hair in my wrap. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was available and they refused to replace my order. Yesterday, I ordered the same wrap again, and the chicken was undercooked and pink. This place clearly does not care about food safety or their customers. I will never come back and I strongly do not recommend anyone eat here. Franchise owner needs to look into it or this place will fail. DON'T BUY FROM HERE

The staff here behaves as they are giving out food for free. Horrible service, specially the lady and a gent who are usually at the counter. The least they can do is be pleasant and not be rude all the times even when there is no rush. They need to learn some manners and need training in customer service.

A little love in making the food would be nice, like the lid was obviously dirty, and the food was packed with a dirty hand. I paid for this and I know it’s fast food but still appearance matters too. Not pleased at all!

The cashier, who wears a watch with a gray strap on her right wrist, was unhygienic. She repeatedly touched her face and nose without washing her hands, and then handled the plastic cups for preparing cold drinks. The food we ordered was also handled carelessly, with the bread and margarine thrown into the bag, resulting in an open margarine packet spilling onto the lid. We will not be eating it and will not order from here again.
