This place is not good. It used to be but the last time I was there the counter attendant over charged me for 2 large double double. And the coffee wasn't the greatest. Maybe they should learn how to properly make coffee and talk properly to the customers.

Located just inside the mall entrance on the left. This location was faster and had fresher tasting food than the location just east of here at 11th and Broad. Would recommend this location if you’re in the area and it’s open.

All staffs were good but one concern. I went today morning around 11 am and manager of Tim Horton was there he was torturing there staff and he was making lots of noise and even staff were not able to serve us properly. Manager should always lead from front and give good suggestions if there staff do mistakes. Worst ?

Edit: second time is as many months. I'm used to not getting receipts because it's a busy location but now I've been not given my full order twice. This time it was a price difference of $4 plus tax and I have no recourse because they don't give receipts.

The service is terrible. So many employees mulling about and you still have to wait. The older staff would slam out the orders, not these ones. They are also very unfriendly and sometimes rude. Very disappointing.

Worst Tim in the City. Have asked for 3 cream 3 sugar and it was still so bitter. They dont put enough cream and sugar even after asking. It happened 2 times so I had 1 cream 1 sugar as well and it tastes exactly the same. Ridiculous!!!!! we are ready to pay extra for extra cream and sugar but this is sooo Bad. Never going again
