I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons on Prince of Wales Drive in Regina with Jasvir kaur .I genuinely felt it deserves a detailed appreciation. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very well organized. The seating area was spotless, tables were wiped properly, and the overall environment felt comfortable and relaxing.
The staff members were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. Even during busy hours, they handled orders quickly and efficiently without losing their friendly attitude. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile, patiently took my order, and made sure everything was correct. That kind of customer service really makes a difference.

Feb 16 11:00 ordered a tea with four sugar to find what looked like curdled cream and smelled like dog urine. Absolutely disgusted with that, learn to hire better people ones that are not so ignorant. I am deaf and it says on the menu people with hearing and speech difficulties are to order at the window. It seemed like she got offended. I spend $20-$40 per day at Tim Hortons not anymore. I am telling my 22,000 + friends.

Went thru the drive through and ordered an iced chia latte. Doesn't really taste anything like Chai. The person at the window was not very interested in working, no hello or good morning, just handed the coffee and turned away. I'm in town for work and will go to a different location.
They should know how much to give back to customers because it seems like they’re like keeping the change and this is not the first time at this location … I don’t know how hard that can be looking on the screen that shows numbers showing you how much they give back to you lol
