Don't buy anything besides coffee here:/ got my order wrong and when they corrected it gave me old rice that's undercooked and/or gotten hard from sitting out for too long, this has happend before but is significantly worse this time:/

I had a really bad experience today with drive Through associate,
He was not able to scan my app for scan and pay.He refused to try it again and meanwhile I asked him to try he told me if you don’t have money to pay for your coffee don’t complain about the app that is not working.

So sad for these people that treat customers like that.

I decieded to give this location another try. Here are photos of double toasted bagels. I realize its only a bagel, the staff have posters to follow for standards. I would appreciate it if the locations where consistant. thanks. today was a better experience, they offered me a free bagel and made sure it was toasted properly with butter spread. thank you.

Good food, but the washrooms are almost always disgusting! It's after 3pm on a Monday, the restaurant is full of people and not a single stall in the ladies washroom is usable. I saw some gross stuff today! Glad I ate first.

On November 17, 2025, around 2 AM, I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream, extra base, and an espresso shot. First, the staff told me they didn’t have espresso shots. He seemed nervous taking the order and asked me to come to the window without completing it on the speaker.
When I received my coffee, the cup was filled almost entirely with espresso, and I couldn’t even take a second sip.
This wasn’t the staff member’s fault—he just accepted the shift he was given. The store manager should make sure a worker is capable of handling a shift alone before assigning it.

Worst customer service ever, denies any customization to drinks, gets the order wrong almost every time. Talked to the supervisor lady named NING, and her response to every complaint is come back tomorrow morning and gets rude instantly or mentions that go to another Tims dont come here. Like what? . RUINS YOUR DAY GUYS, dont go here.

Late posting: On October 30, around 4:13AM the staff member taking orders was quite rude. She did not speak politely to us, and her behaviour was unprofessional. Her name was Simran. I would like to bring this issue to the management’s attention, as this type of attitude creates a very poor customer experience.
