WELL. I was there with friend and ordered donut and biscuit and two drinks. I was looking inside the food counter and FLIES 🪰 all over the food. Health risk . They should take care of the cleanliness and food handling. OWNER SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE. Probably not going to that Horton anymore .

The service here is not good. I asked for the less ice in the coffee and they were arguing back as they can’t do it but all the other tims can make coffee with less ice. The staff members are like if we do less ice then it will not be full, are you serious you guys can add more cream or milk to make it full. Seriously very bad service. Will not recommend to go there.

Usually in english language when someone asks wether you want a hashbrown with your meal or another item and you say yes that usually means aside with your meal. Cant even understand english.
