I'm sorry but I have never had satisfactory service or good at this place, Tim's or Wendy's. We were at Tim's this trip and I couldn't understand a word the order takers or the people that were yelling out at the pick up counter were saying. I always feel they are ripping me off on the bill. They are always busy and in a rush, understandable. I will try to avoid this location moving forward.

Took forever to get my order at the counter. When I got it my ice cap was full of big ice chunks like you would get in an iced coffee. And my large London fog was a medium. Food was all correct, just took forever. Didn't bother getting my drinks fixed cause I was already back on the road when I noticed.

Usually don’t have an issue with this place, but this time it was just no good. Maybe it’s a lunch rush thing? But it does discourage from coming back. Here is a farmers wrap someone made, looked at, and thought “yeah looks good, customer will enjoy”. 12:50pm Sep. 29th
I swear I am not lying when I'm saying I almost drank someone's hard booger. It was not of my own and I definitely wouldn't have boogers dropping out of my nose. There was definitely something inside of my coffee that I almost drank and I spit it out. HOW DISGUSTING.

I love to go to this place and all the time the employees are nice except for the guy with turban - last week I told him there's a fly on the donut, he just smile and let the fly roam around the donuts. today I bought 2 coffee , as I was approaching to grab my order he gave my 1 coffee to the drive thru and seems to him nothing happened and pretend he missed one which I saw him hand in my coffee. This guy probably just work to get his day done and get paid but doesn’t seem to care for the costumer and the company

I can not even tell how bad my experiences are with this Tim Hortons, because whenever I buy any drink from there, it’s never done good. Especially the iced Capps, they're always melted, there is little to no crunchy ice. I would definitely not give this Tim Hortons any more chances as each time I go in there, hoping that this time they would make the drinks properly but they don’t.
