Park St & Dewdney location is very slow service, not like begore, drive up, drive ahead, get your order & leave, now they serve a couple, and leave you wait at the order board, then a few more, then amorher wait.

I’m a regular customer who usually orders through the drive-thru, and I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I ordered a turkey bacon club without bacon, but the sandwich I received had bacon and no turkey. When I went back to clarify, the staff seemed confused and told me it was the same order.
I really enjoy your food and service, but this experience was frustrating. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and ensure that future orders are double-checked before being handed out.

Came here this morning, they gave a super hard stale bagel! I didn’t know until I got home! This place has gone down hill it seems, they need better staff to know which products need to be thrown out and when! Not acceptable serving hard and old bagels! Another time they gave me super watery chili, it was like soup, they also forgot to put cheese and mayo on my BLT before! Very disappointing in their services lately. Will not be returning for food ever again.

The drive-thru staff wipe their bare fingers and hands all over the spout area of your drinks. This is poor hygiene practice and disgusting.
The bathrooms were a complete wreck and could use a good clean floors in there are filthy despite having no rain the staff are ok but seem to have a hard time understanding basic orders asked for a vanilla iced coffee got a mocha latte instead they did replace it but those to items are completely different
