I visit this tim hortons, the girl who took my order is so rude, I asked for the steam milk in my steep tea, I am also working in the same pace environment restaurant, this is not big deal, you can put the steam milk in the steep tea. That’s not big issue and I asked for the manager and your assistant manager, there no one is available. That’s totally wrong. In every tim hortons, manager and assistant manager is available, this is the restaurant where upper position person is not on the floor. I hope you guys keep in mind this thing. Thank you!

Long wait times for anyone who doesn't use the deivethrough.. usually out of stock of popular donuts and timbits. Also if you ask for a refill with your mug they still use a paper cup? Make sure to specify if you're wanting to avoid those PFAS chemicles...

I always visit the store after my job on Saturday to grab a iced coffee because I love the coffee taste. The staff is really amazing. I usually go through the drive thru but now I always go and dine to enjoy the coffee.
I visited the place a multiple times most of the time on weekends evenings and the staff and the service was amazing everytime and supervisor did the job well managing the store and service and quality at the same time.

I love to visit this location the staff is amazing and the service too specially the weekend staff in the evening the full-fill the request in no time. Supervisor know how to solve the issue in no time a make a goodwill for the store and company as well.
