The bathrooms were a complete wreck and could use a good clean floors in there are filthy despite having no rain the staff are ok but seem to have a hard time understanding basic orders asked for a vanilla iced coffee got a mocha latte instead they did replace it but those to items are completely different

Tried to say they don’t serve breakfast (bagels) before 4am. Bagels are an all day thing and I used to work at Tim hortons. East Indian workers are just being lazy. Avoid this Tim hortons and go to the one on Victoria east beside Home Depot. They always have bacon and bagels all the time.
Guess they can't clean their grill. Like how do you guys think this is ok?????

I visit this tim hortons, the girl who took my order is so rude, I asked for the steam milk in my steep tea, I am also working in the same pace environment restaurant, this is not big deal, you can put the steam milk in the steep tea. That’s not big issue and I asked for the manager and your assistant manager, there no one is available. That’s totally wrong. In every tim hortons, manager and assistant manager is available, this is the restaurant where upper position person is not on the floor. I hope you guys keep in mind this thing. Thank you!
