A few months ago my boyfriend and I went to this location to get him a donut but since it was later in the afternoon we asked what donuts they had in stock. I asked for one second while he decided and a few seconds later the employee snaps saying “are you going to order anything” in the most nasty tone. Honestly I was just shocked so I went to the window and asked to talk to whoever was working the drive-thru. It was a white girl with dark hair and I asked her where she got the audacity to talk to people like that especially working in customer service and she said that it was just busy and she needed to take our order. I said we took no longer than a few seconds and her actions were beyond uncalled for. She said sorry and I said it’s fine but cancel our order. Just went to the same location 20 minutes ago and i asked if they had the sour cream glazed donut and sure enough it was the same employee and she says “noooo?” again, in a arrogant/snarky tone. Whoever the owner/manager is needs to fire her.

The poor kid at the window did good but the employees making the food dropped the ball. Messed up the entire order and left the poor drive thru window kid to deal with the disappointment.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and almost missed my appointment! I was there at 1:40 and didn't get out till 2:10! This is a peak time for you guys. Pick up the pace!

Joana is honestly one of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with at a Tim Hortons.

There are two order booths at this location. I stood at the second booth for about five minutes and no one helped me. Then Joana came over and told me to go to the first booth to place my order. The problem is that there were already three people being served at the first booth. I ended up standing behind them even though I had already been waiting and she could have just taken my order where I was standing.

What makes this even more annoying is that while I was still waiting at the first booth another employee came and opened the second booth and closed the first one. That should have been done from the beginning. Instead I wasted almost ten minutes just trying to order a coffee.

When I asked why they didn’t take my order at the start she said they were short staffed. That excuse makes no sense. She had time to come over to the second booth and argue with me for two minutes but somehow didn’t have time to take my order.

I asked for caramel toffee latte and they give me chai latte i said oat milk and they put regular even when i go back and tell them about it they doesn’t even apologize they are looking to me like its my mistake they just need to be little bit nice

Marlon is a remarkable manager, very friendly and polite. Great team of crews like Joel, Grace and many to mention. Store is clean and well maintained. Will definitely go back to this location.

Ordered through mobile app ahead of time. Had a really difficult time when I went through drive through to explain to the cashier my order number, she seemed very confused as if she’s never done a mobile order in her life. And everyone knows how horrible tims coffee is. Nothing new to say about that. I only went so I can use up my gift card.
