Went into this location (not the drive thru) at about 3:00pm. Wasn’t busy, no one in line and drive thru was empty. Took a while to have someone come to take my order… 2 coffees and a 10 box of timbits. I asked for the blueberry filled powdered timbits, yes ma’am I was told. Get our stuff, pay and go… only to find ALL of the timbits EMPTY!! No blueberry at all inside of them! Was already on the highway and wasn’t worth turning around. Was pretty disappointed. Thanks Tim Hortons.

Haven't ever been rushed so much in my life at a franchise. When they do their times through drive through they'd rather push you through with wrong items or quickly put together food. I've had everything from bad chicken, to foreign objects in my coffee. Not that the coffee ever tastes good. The only time I'm ever served right is when I go to either marlin, Nancy, or Sam. Nancy always has served me with a smile and has never given me a wrong order, marlin is normally nice, and Sam always talks to customers and makes them feel like an actual customer, and always gets my order right as well. It would be nice if they would keep the more skilled people around more for better quality instead of seeing a bunch of new people all the time and never having good quality control.

Got my bagel and it was dry on one side, other side waaaay too much butter and seemed like they just slapped it together. The male supervisor was rude about it and said I had to pay extra for them to butter both sides! Like seriously?!?

Workers here are friendly, food is good, but workers do nothing about other people who play music or videos on their phones. Ordered a bagel here and they don't even butter both sides of a bagel, leave one side dry - same when it comes to cream cheese, and make you pay extra if you want both sides done.
Decently placed for a Tim Hortons. A little busy inside the parking lot and even in the general area. I can see it being a potential high-risk collision area for traffic due to space. The staff are generally friendly and fast. However, I would like to state I believe the restaurant was quite dirty. Having coffee inside for 3 hours not once did any of the tables get cleaned. Food, ketchup, other sauces, and food products on tables and some people just wipe it with a napkin. Floor was extremely filthy with crumbs and other sorts of debris.
