Wonderful to discover such a clean Tim Horton's. Great staff too. The accessible parking is conveniently located near accessible doors that operate with big round buttons. Unfortunately, entering and exiting ggd washroom is not easy if you are in a wheelchair. This location has an individual washroom for women, rather than the traditional stalls. The baby change table looked clean too.

I just went here ordered a four cheese bagel, toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese and they did that right. the bagel just looks messed up and not together. I also ordered a medium caramel ice cap with vanilla syrup and they gave me a large pumpkin spice ice cap. I don’t know if they just gave me someone else’s drink or they genuinely messed up.

Aug 24, 2025 Asked for 5 white pieces and 4 dark in my 9 piece bucket for our 2nd visit within months, and it was great! Found out previously, after all dark meat, that I could request more white meat. It’s a 60/40 mix and some people prefer dark meat. Not me, so 1 breast, 4 wings (considered white meat) and 4 thighs were very acceptable. There’s a new sign and 2 ordering screens now present.
Drive thru lady needs to learn how to take a mobile order and deal with people. Always has to mumble under her breath “what am I doing?” Every time with an unprofessional attitude and tone that takes way longer than it should.

Hii guys, today me and my friend visited this Tim Hortons the service was great I was served by a girl name anureet and boy name gaurish they were too friendly and helping every customer in the store. I was so impressed from both of them. Thanks

Update: My complaint was handled quickly and efficiently, the store manager called me to follow up and explained the situation that caused the store to close early that night. She effectively was apologetic while still giving a very valid explanation. Very happy with the response. I'll be updating my rating accordingly.
I went at 10:45pm, the hours posted are till 11pm and they had already closed the drive through and the actual store. Doors were locked 15 minutes early
