Drive thru lady needs to learn how to take a mobile order and deal with people. Always has to mumble under her breath “what am I doing?” Every time with an unprofessional attitude and tone that takes way longer than it should.

Hii guys, today me and my friend visited this Tim Hortons the service was great I was served by a girl name anureet and boy name gaurish they were too friendly and helping every customer in the store. I was so impressed from both of them. Thanks

Update: My complaint was handled quickly and efficiently, the store manager called me to follow up and explained the situation that caused the store to close early that night. She effectively was apologetic while still giving a very valid explanation. Very happy with the response. I'll be updating my rating accordingly.
I went at 10:45pm, the hours posted are till 11pm and they had already closed the drive through and the actual store. Doors were locked 15 minutes early

I’m sure the management would like to know the lack of work ethic here, not sure what you pay your staff for. Drive thru dead. Sitting area 5 people. Sooooo busy soooo hard to keep up

Staff is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful towards school students they kick you out for sitting in and they also harassed us

Last week I went into the drive thru during a massive snowstorm (stupid). Car got stuck in the drive thru. CAA wait time 5 hours. Next thing you know one of the workers comes swooping in like an angel and helps us get out. I wish I got his name. He deserves a raise. The holiday cookies were worth getting stuck for.

Whenever I go into this place and ask for flatbread, they say their machine is under maintenance, they will take half an hour for cleaning, I was sent to another Tim's on Rochdale.
And when I went again today, and asked for the flatbread,again same answer , machine needs cleaning.
I request the manager to please look into it

Ordered a hot chocolate it was more water then chocolate. Very disappointed Tim’s used to have the best hot chocolate that I thought. Lady just said hello and I gave her my order not even a how how’s you day going welcome to Tim what can I help you with. This is just sad now

I went through the drive through today. And while waiting my turn I was occupying myself by cleaning up some garbage in my car, as it was taking awhile. I looked and it was my turn to drive up- I drove up too the speakerphone and the first thing the lady said to me was “your holding up our line. ” I’m the rudest voice all because it took me more then 30 seconds to move up to the speaker. The cars behind me didn’t honk or make any indication that I was taking long or bugging anyone. I didn’t believe this was necessary. And what happened to a nice greeting when pulling up to the driveway speaker?
Food is fresh and yummy. Service excellent.
