I ordered once before this and it was great pizza from this location, but tonight's was the worst. Took an hour to get pizza that was cold. This is due to the driver just having it sitting on his seat and not in a bag to keep it warm. One pizza was a Greek but they left off the feta cheese! To top it all off, the driver was playing his music at a volume that everyone could hear. I took pictures but can't post them here. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered from TJs on Rochdale. They called advised they do. It have lasagna. I was going to cancel the order. They said we can send it from the other store. The delivery would be the same 5:21. It showed up 40 min late. The pizza was warm at best and the lasagna was cold. Called the store and nothing done. Told employee to advise the manager as this will be my last order. Use to love TJs. Oh well

By far and away the most disgusting food I have ordered anywhere. The pizza was burnt and tasted like it had been sitting for hours and was reheated. The lasagna was all noodles and no meat. The guy working there was rude to top it all off. One would think that if you spend $130 the food should be at least edibale. You could not pay me to order from the rat hole again and I will share my experience with everyone I know. Save yourself your money and do not order from there. If I could give zero stars I would have. Was this rating worth serving your gross food and ignoranant staff?

This second time ordering from Rochdale location and experience was terrible. We ordered food at 6pm called there at 7:07pm and asked where our food was. Was told driver left and couldn’t tell me when.

Will never order from here again! Ordered 3 items at 6:05 pm, the driver finally showed up at 7:50pm. I explained that I didn’t think it was fair to pay full price after waiting almost 2 hours. The delivery driver was willing to discount it but then had no working machine to accept debit and proceeded to ask for an etransfer. Unacceptable! So now I’m left scrambling for supper for my family at 8pm
Terrible. The store wouldn’t honour an email offer that I received. Nor are they clear about what their deals are and don’t participate in TJs deals from the flyers. I try order online and end up having to pay for two pizzas, not the 2 for 1 that they supposedly offer. They used to be my preferred pizza place but they are losing my business.

We came across this pizza place when we moved into the area. Their pizza is remarkable and we have never received a bad pizza from them yet. They did forget my order once because of a technical issue (no fault of theirs) and when I went their they were extremely apologetic and issued me a credit for my next order. Another time I screwed up my order and when I ordered 2 additional pizzas, they insisted they were on the house, even though I screwed up. When u insisted I should pay, they refused. Said I was a good customer.It sure is nice that businesses like this go out out of their way to keep customers coming back. I know I will be. Thanks guys!
