We had an order , which was ordered 1.5 hrs before needed. 12:15 came, no order , 12:30 no order , we called , the girls were so rude , lied said order was on route , waited another 5min , no order, girl said they just made it , and delivery guy in on route , I asked for discount , as we’re at work , and on a scheduled brake , she put me on hold and hung up , delivery came , and poor guy wasn’t even suppose to work today, fric never order from them again , horrible service

Need to do a better job of offering paper bags for take out orders. Allowing customers to leave carrying all their take out boxes with no bag offered. Carrying gravy and dressings out. Very unacceptable. And need to work on the consistency of their dips gravies dressings. One week you will get watery next you will get great next you will get thick or watery again. Very inconsistent and customer service is not great

I checked the spaghetti before doing anything else, it felt like it did the first time, so I knew it would be bad.I kept the four cheese fettuccini alfredo.The pasta was watered down and tasteless.The garlic toast was gross.I gave them one more chance, and they screwed up so never again.the skipthedishes driver did a good job.

Awful. Paid full price for a porker sub got tiny little sandwich for a 3 year old on a plain piece of bread, not a sub at all. Called restaurant they totally didn't care. Complete scam. Was delivered thru Skip worked with them to get a refund. Also note the Skip driver had me walk 1 block to receive joke of an order. Never again..
Stopped in for lunch with a friend and was very impressed with the service. And the food was excellent! We will be back!

Amazing service. Very quick. Very accommodating. Great atmosphere to just sit and relax with your family. Great items on the TV to keep kids entertained. Great food selection. Best, pizza in town.Kid-friendliness: I had a group of teenagers with me. We were the only group in the restaurant at the time. The employees turned the tv on and put on a bunch of tiktok videos. The kids had a blast watching them as they ate their pizza!Parking: It's a shared parking lot with other businesses but I have never had any issues finding a parking spot.

Some of the best customer service we have ever had! The food was very good and it was clear the people who own the restaurant care deeply about providing a positive dining experience. The restaurant itself is a bit outdated, but I'm sure with the high quality of the service and the food they will be successful enough to update their space in the foreseeable future.
