Absolutely horrible service from the woman. She was so worried about her phone I felt like I was bothering her. Food was okay. When I went there with the older man working service was good. She is absolutely horrible. I won't be going back if she's working.

We couldn't find a water fountain in the mall, we asked the man at Trifons if we could have water for our kids and he happily gave us some without trying to upcharge us. Not a big deal but a nice experience.

For the price of the food, definitely wasn't worth it. Pizza Slice was cold and hard. Caesar salad was awful, and included a hair in it. 🤢. No one was wearing gloves or hair nets. Watched the worker brush the frozen pizza dough off with bare hands.... Whole place was dirty and unorganized

Attended to Trifons Pizza at Victoria Square.at lunchtime. No pepperoni pizza available! Pizza very doughy and hardly any fillings. Not the Trifons Pizza when the original family owned it! Very cheap and the cashier had no idea what he was doing. Very poor atmosphere.
Dry stale pizza, woman is rude and ignores everyone! Doesn’t even acknowledge people who are waiting… There is also a drink machine on the side of the counter and it isn’t clear whether staff or customer are responsible for filling the drink. She set the cup on the counter and did nothing, when I asked her if I should fill it she grunted without even looking at me. If it weren’t because my son was hungry and wanted pizza, I would have never come here. All the other stalls in this food court are run by friendly, hardworking families. This one doesn’t want business apparently so I will eat anywhere but here going forward!

I’ve always noticed how the women working there are always on there phone which never really bothered me until today, when I ordered food the lady took my order like normal got my pizza, then put it down in front of her and proceeded to try and show her coworker something on her phone. I waited a little to not be rude, but then when she didn’t get off her phone I went up and asked for my order and she gave me my pizza. I had ordered pizza and fries so I asked for my fries as well too and she rolled eyes and said “two minutes”, then when my mom in the back gave her a confused look she went straight to the back and got the fries in less than 10 seconds and gave them to me. Worker shouldn’t be on their phone during work neglecting customers it isn’t understandable to me.

We ordered a ham, pineapple and added mushrooms! We are from Calgary and it arrived hot and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for being so prompt and Sherice was very polite taking our order! Anyone staying at the Best Western on Eastgate, hope it is as good as ours was!
