Service staff coughed on utensils and picked nose repeatedly. Charged more than listed price and received fewer items than meal should contain. Staff confused about menu. Small portion. Worst Japanese food I've had, even in Regina. Terrible, would never return. Recommend against trying.

Sushi was fine but right as I put the last piece in my mouth I watched the cashier pick her nose and eat it. Like fully go hard for a couple of minutes.

The chinese female staff is very rude and sarcastic. I asked for the soup serving size and she showed me a small bowl, when I asked to have a beef ramen soup she laughed and smirked sarcastically saying ( "Beef ramen soup?!..huh?! It's different )and when she showed me the bowl she just knocked the bowl on their glass shelf to call my attention..She told me it will take 10 mins. Is it ok??! I said yes and since I cannot take her bad attitude and rudeness I asked her why is she rude?she replied with "me?no, I am not rude..." With an obvious fake smile on her face. I wish you don't hire people like that it will ruin your company image.

Took more than 30min for a Bento box. Within that 30 min, the chef touched the register and then back to food without changing gloves twice!! Yikes. Left without food.

I have ordered the shrimp tempura，beef udon soup and cream cheese roll there.Shrimps are crispy and juicy，soup is hot and beef is tender. The cream cheese roll is my favorite，the size of cheese really surprised me.
