I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was extremely bad, and even the appetizers were completely tasteless. The service was just as terrible—slow, careless, and not attentive at all. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the customers. The dishes arrived cold and poorly presented, which made the experience even worse. When we asked for help, the service was not proper and the staff seemed uninterested. For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. No one should to try Server was so bad she don’t no when customers enter to how to greet them even we told2/3 times after that she gave a menu to us Vada pav was so worst tasteless even cold

Had dinner at Urban Parathas tonight, and it was a really nice experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — the parathas were soft and buttery, and the saag had that authentic taste you’d expect from good Indian cuisine. The lassi was refreshing too. The customer service was great , the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was served on time. Highly recommend!

Delicious food at very affordable prices! I especially love their biriyanis — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The ambience could be better, but it’s definitely a great option for takeout. I just hope the taste of their biriyani stays the same!

I had an excellent experience at Urban Paratga. We ordered the Chilli Cheese Paratha, and it was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked, flavorful, and full of taste. The service made the visit even better. Bansi took great care of us, making sure everything was timely and just right. The combination of amazing food and warm, attentive service really stood out. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic flavors and genuine hospitality!

We planned to dinein since its a weekend but one of the staff members told us we can't dinein because there's some issue in the kitchen. I am wondering its a weekend you guys should increase the resto hours.we ordered cheese chilly paratha and biryani but i would rate that 0. Cheese chilly was worst and its not the first time we are eating we know the taste one of the staff member said we got. A new chef.. my personal feedback would be plz have that chef trained properly otherwise your restaurant score will be zero i called at the restaurant and mentioned that the cheese chilly is not like as same he answered that next time will give you a discount..bro this feedback is not about the discount we are also paying not eating the free food. I will think before i dinein..worst food ever . spoiled our weekend.
