Terrible service. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout our entire visit. No matter how good the food or drinks might be, the bad attitude here makes it not worth the visit. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff is actually friendly.

I had the worst experience, service was very poor, my coffee was cold yet I asked for hot coffee. The server was on phone for almost 45mnts, that was so unprofessional. Nobody came to check weather everything was ok with me, no napkins. I will never go back to that place.

Delicious coffee tea and bubble tea. The carrot cake was crumbly but was that delicious not too sweet and nutty flavor. I will be back for sure.

Beautiful custom cake. The design looks very much like the picture I sent except for the colours. The picture I sent had very fall colours - a light burnt orange for the flowers and a lighter green. I needed the cake for today, so I took it as is. That is disappointing, but at the same time, Utopia was the only place that could do the design I wanted, so I’m happy overall especially with all of the piping.

Good place for a quick drinks. Lots of dessert, drinks, and savory food option. Friendly staff and relatively quick service. Price is on the higher end but for the locations, it is one of the nicer place.

Food was good. I had their bubble tea which was a 8/10, and their soft donuts were also pretty good. But the highlight had to be the amazing staff and the well-lit and and amicable decor also added to the charm.

I got the Ube Matcha Latte and the Cream Cheese Garlic Bun. PLEASE make the Ube drinks permanent items. They are so good, I can’t get enough! I would get it every day if I could. Amazing products across the board. Would definitely recommend.
