I like the atmosphere of this cafe as it has a warm and casual vibe. The food was not the greatest but the drinks were good! One complaint I have is that after my family and I had ordered plenty of food and drink and we're sitting down to enjoy it, I wanted a cup of water (plenty of cafés just have a big jug of water and cups for people to help themselves) so I asked the girl at the front for some. She informed me that they don't give water for free and that I'd have to purchase a bottle of water which I did end up doing but it definitely came across as very cheap and bad customer service. I haven't had this happen at any cafe or restaurant before or since so it definitely stuck out as strange.

Went today January 27, 2024 for very first time to this cafe.Cafe looks very lively and lit up. Place was well decorated and was clean.We only ordered two Americano coffees which tasted same Americano at Tim Hortons. So nothing special.We notice from that girls working in n Kitchen putting toppings on cake or pastries with bare hands. Not once but over and over again. Very unhygienic not sure why the staff was not wearing the gloves.They put see through glass between cafe and kitchen so they should be extra careful.Christmas decorations was still look nice display even we are end of January now.Will not return to eat anything there.
I love the atmosphere of this cafe, but more importantly, the bingsu here is flaky and delicious. That's the only thing I come here for. My favorites are mango (summer only, unfortunately) and taro. You can even do 50/50 mix and match flavors.

I’ve been dealing with utopia eversince i moved here in Canada ??, my sister in law brought me here in utopia to have some coffee and some food and i was amazed with the place, it’s very clean and have this aesthetic vibe which i love. And i love there food and drinks! My favorite so far was the frappe taro and when i was pregnant , i always get the london fog? , then i came to discover they also do a custom made cake, so i decided to have them do my baby girl monthly cake l, so far it will be her 6monthly cake already ?❤️ and i never had a problem with them, they’ve been great! And on top of that they never fail me on my requested design … Utopia will always be my go to run place for sweets, cake and drinks! Thank you so much Utopia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am beyond happy with my custom cake order, and so was the birthday girl! I ordered the peach vanilla sponge cake and everyone agreed it was delicious, even the ones who said they did not care for sweets. Very impressed by the art, the colors, and the perfect placement of sprinkles. So much attention to detail! The whole ordering process was very smooth and I appreciate that a lot in this busy world. Highly reccomend this place for your custom cake needs!
