Waitting for 30 mins for a pizza and then came back and told me he didn’t make my other food I order bescuer he too busy so my kids had food and then pizza comes out 30 mins later and he say my food isn’t coming out beacuer he didn’t make it and then changes me for everthing on my bill other then pop it crazy and the pizza wasn’t even what I ordered 🙄

Not one part of this experience could have been worse. The entire sandwich fit in one hand and tasted like.... I don't know, nothing?
The person on the phone had zero idea what communication even was. Dear god the entire experience was irritating, annoying, and just horribly unenjoyable.

We order pizza @nd a Greek salad paid extra for it and there was barely any feta real cheep with the feta very disappointed

Really not liking the new reno. It's missing the homey feeling it previously had. It's almost as if they went from family restaurant to sports bar, which it is not. The food is as good as ever, but the server was very hard to understand through his thick accent. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this location.
Hopefully, the other westerns are still attempting to be a restaurant, as this place feels very uncomfortable to sit in.

My friend and I ordered from this location thru skip the dishes cause it had the highest review. I have been eating at western pizza for so long yet my first time ordering from this location. We ordered a non-baked alfredo fetuccini, and after we ordered, the store called us i believe was the manager and was confirming all of our order and once i asked if everything is good, he just hung up the phone? very unprofessional! the order took an hour to get here, and once my friend and i ate the food it was disgusting !! the sauce tasted sour and very salty like it was a spoiled sauce! never ordering here ever again! 100% don’t recommend! unprofessional people, and disgusting food!

We have been going to Western Pizza for years. We also order online sometimes too. My husband's "go to" choice is the "Hot Pork Cutlet" which is breaded pork smothered in gravy. Delicious right ? Well this time we ordered from this location (usually get from another location) and the pork cutlets came with gravy and also smothered in hot sauce. This has NEVER been the menu item, and we even confirmed that thus was true by calling our usual Western Pizza location and they were shocked when they heard this item had hot sauce added to it. I should also add that we also called this Avonhurst location and they argued that it is normal to have hot sauce. Why the inconsistency with literally all other regina locations? Also, even though it says "hot" in the name of the menu item, it has only ever meant the temperature (based off several times ordering it).We are left with a bad taste in our mouth (literally and figuratively), and after YEARS of ordering Western Pizza, we will think twice. Left 1 star as 0 stars not an option.

Spagehetti and meat sauce was brutal. Sauce was different barely any meat. Pasta over cooked. Pizza wedges are ok. Lesson learned.
