I have picked their beef mushroom pizza for 4 times and I like how it tastes. However I'm not happy with the behaviour of the people working there. A server or a host needs to be patient and warm. This uncool behaviour happens when you hire kids as ypur servers. This was the last time I had my food in Western pizza.

Horrible customer service, lady on the phone was very rude when trying to order. Left me to wait on the phone which I did for 5 minutes and when I tried asking if any one was there she rudely remarked at me… don’t recommend
