Well commenting thank you is one thing.. fixing it Is another. I worked at wp thru my university. Love tge food and the staff. But now.. your commenting a month later and something that could have been fixed.. i got a $10 skipthedishes coupon that ill never use.. the drinks were messed on the day of the event.. and this is over a month later.. os one thing. I just wanted my drinks 10$ out of 170$ order.. so sorry isn't enough..

When I’m back in Regina, I have to visit Western Pizza. The best crust, toppings and sauce I ever had. Western Pizza will always be a place that reminds me of the good memories of Regina with my family.

Ordered online and when I went to pick up my bill was $6.00 more than my on line bill. I told the server but she gave me some lame excuse that I ordered double bacon. I didn’t want to make a scene so said “don’t worry, I’ll just pay it”. When I opened up the pkg at home I saw the burger I ordered was wrong. I ordered a simple cheeseburger for $16.95 with added bacon at$2.00. What I got was their double burger for $20.95 plus extra bacon for $2.00. I definitely did not want two 5 oz,meat patties.
First kitchen Staff should cook what is ordered and the server should believe the customer when they say the bill is more than what I ordered online.
Not sure there will be a next time but I will be less polite and not worry about making a scene. I will be sure to pay ONLY what my online order says no matter what the kitchen cooked. Maybe this is their way of making a bigger sale. Never again.

Well with the service industry in Regina going to hell in a hand basket WP outdid themselves yesterday. We ordered our pizza, it was taking a little longer than usual, although it was Saturday evening and we figured it might be busy. We get a call from a lovely gentleman apologizing for the delay and he's sending us an extra pizza. Talk about service as we hadn't complained yet. So about the food. Everything we have ordered from them has been delicious. Lots of toppings on the pizza, keto lovers order from here and remove the crust. I'll definitely be a loyal customer just because of the exceptional service.

Went to western PIZZA for their “HOUSE SPECIAL” it was gross, cold on the inside rock hard cheese on the top, had been sitting. The wings we ordered were soggy, you could tell they were sitting. The server didn’t come back and check on us, I had to go find her sitting in the corner on her phone. Tell her the pizza was cold her response was do you want us to put it back in the oven, this happens sometimes with the All dressed in which case I knew it would just get over cooked and hard. (this doesn’t happen with all Dress pizzas. I’ve ordered one from Triple 8 that arrived after 45 min on a delivery and it was hot all the way through and gooey cheese. This was the worst experience. None of the staff cared of the poor quality. Unprofessional service, and business.

Can't really speak on the dine in experience. However phoning for take out can be troublesome. Communication extremely difficult. English not the first language of the order taker. Threw up my hands and canceled. Unable to get order communicated clearly. Will not phone again.

We ordered a meal for 8 for Christmas Eve and it was the best.
Ordered pizza on Christmas Eve for pick up. It took very long and when we got home, realized the pineapple was thrown on top at the end. Ordered half Hawaiian on one side and looks like the order was messed up as the pizza was cheese and ham and then cold pineapple was thrown on top. Won't be ordering again.

What a great meal. Are the soups slways homemade ? The beef veg was beyond fantastic. Also had the pizza because it never misses.

Ordered my food, they forgot about my order. The food was way under seasond when it came 1hr 45mins later. I still had to pay for it .would never come back to this restaurant.
