Western Pizza on Rochdale is usually our go-to place. However, last night we ordered the lasagna meal for 6 people. When our order came, the container was full of egg noodles with sauce slopped on top and just a few bits of hamburger, not even any cheese on top!The garlic toast was shoved into a paper bag and not wrapped in tinfoil to keep it warm. The box of ribs was only about 2/3 full and a teeny piece of lemon wedge. The entire meal was barely warm. Shame on you Western Pizza. Do better!

Ordered a takeout hot hamburger dinner. Don’t let the photo in the menu fool you. It’s a frozen hamburger patty, no caramel used onions, packet gravy and dried up French fries.

Rochdale Location…..Tried twice and both times it’s a failure. Luke warm food. The ONLY positive is the owner was fantastic and apologetic soooo this is why we tried it a second time. I picked up our food both times on time and the pizza box was barely warm. We live literally two minutes away so there’s no excuse to WHY our food wasn’t hot. From the pizza and to the appetizers we won’t be back. I would also like to add Western Pizza on Broadway Ave, their food does come hot, the manager is very friendly yet service is geared to the bar side and a few servers during the day are outright ignorant and rude in which the manager is aware, speaks to the person privately and she then rolls her eyes and ignores us although, there are other guests around us and I’ve had to go to the bar myself to get service. I refuse to go to the Rochdale and Broadway locations. DOWNTOWN WESTERN PIZZA makes the BEST breakfast pizza as well as ALL their food is amazing, fresh and hot. Ho6to that location!!
