Everything was heavily salted (way over done). Cutlets were extremely tough and on the verge of off tasting. Gravy tasted like it came from a can. Lasagna was good but skimpy on sauce. Suspect they are using some kind of cleaner that is leaving an odd taste on things. Can't imagine trying this place again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered from this location tonight in Glencairn, I ordered a family combo for 4! It says on their website it includes a pizza, lasagna, dry ribs or wings and a salad and pop. I DID NOT RECEIVE my lasagna and got two orders of fries I ordered, covered in Greek sauce when I asked for PLAIN!!! I called and asked what was included in the order, the worker stated it only came with pizza, wings, salad and pop! What a rip off and FALSE ADVERTISING! Such a disappointment and waste of money! I will never order from here again! I called another Western Pizza location and told lasagna was included for the combo for 4! Never again will this place get my service!

Wasn’t a great meal at all couldn’t believe how much their food went downhill I use to work and hang out at western pizza the chefs need to go back to school our fries were so salty and rock hard there was no eating them tomatoes were soggy like I mean old! burger bun was also soggy the portion was so sad for $35 all I can say is western pizza has lost my families business and respect I’m sry it Sounds cold like my burger already was living 5 mins away I tossed it all yo my dog and I’m bbqing my own homemade burgers never again 🤨

I made an order and they can't get the order right. It was a delver to a trucker and was charge the money. And the trucker had to get going so he was out the pizza. The pizza that he got went to the garage

Pizza are so fresh, with beef, bacon and cheese on that's super good. I really love the pizza in there
I felt very uncomforrable with the karoake dj. Hes very obvious when he judges and belittles singers. He will point at a 20 dollar bill on his table if you ask why many people have sang multiple songs before you. Maybe his employer doesnt pay him enough?

If you go for karaoke you better bring cash. Was just told by the dj that I couldn't sing the song I've signed up for hours ago unless I gave him $10 now. The guy has sang a lot of songs tonight tho, of you want a free show to an average guy.

Been ordering from this Western Pizza for many years. Ordered my usual for pickup. Felt very light walking out with it. When I opened up the box I realized it looks like a Domino's Pizza. Like half the thickness that it usually is at Western pizzas. Barely any sauce and crust was hard. Seems like they're trying to save a dollar or two. Wasn't impressed at all!

I used to order from here years and years ago yet now every time I try to give it a chance, I’m thoroughly disappointed. This last order I asked for a ham mushroom and sausage pizza with Mamais wings only to discover a flat bread pizza with nothing but cheese and tasteless wing covered in grease and no flavour. My 15% tip was not satisfactory for my delivery person so that being said I felt cheated out of my order, I’ll never order from this location again. I’ll stay with Triple 8
