Had ordered lasagna expecting a good one, but what I had received was pan of watered down Lasagna covered in a heavy layer of cheese. Noodles tasted and felt soggy, on top of that the hamburger just had this gross after taste of said water, no meat sauce just noodles and hamburger. First time eating a bad Lasagna, 0/10 for me. At least the garlic toast was seasoned well..

Ordered from here. Waited 40 mins. Nobody came. Called back and asked again for my food they said they were sorry they would come, they didn’t come AGAIN. When I called to ask about the situation they hung up on me. Probably the worst place I’ve ever ordered from 10/10 worst customer service If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I enjoy their pepperoni pizza and lasagna; both are delicious. This is an excellent area to gather with friends and family.
Went before lunch hour rush waited 45 mins for server to come tell us she mixed up orders and it would be soon. Then at the hour got our food which was wrong and had to leave to get back to work. Only received a 10% discount and left

Was there over lunch on Nov 30 2023, place was pretty much empty, my ribs were burnt, spaghetti was like soup and it took almost 30 minutes to come to our table which was odd since it wasn't busy. I used to eat here all the time but it's pretty obvious they're cutting corners and charging more for it! The cucumbers in my salad were cut to the size of a broken hickory stick and not many of them either.... just terrible!!!

The lady working at 1:40am on Nov 9 was very disrespectful, I was at this location picking up an order for the first time so did not know how late night pickup works and it was cold outside so sat in car after calling them and did not see anyone open the door. On 3rd attempt when I asked the lady to at least tell me if she can’t find me she burst out at me and opened the door in a very I polite way and could hear her from a distance speaking about me. I can understand you are busy but thats no way to speak to someone.
