We ordered via uber eats, ordered our regular thai curry rice box, it didnot taste of thai sauce, when called the store they said they will note the name and number and next time can get anything free with new order, when said that we do t want that the person on phone said to call uber eats for refund, not ordering from Wok box again.

Was there Friday ordered beef. Beef No taste only salty and in a dirty bowl. Rice uncooked and super hard. Most of the food was left due to uneatable.

Ordered over the phone and was greeted with a very positive employee & was very helpful. Signed me up for their points program and was so dang kind! Picked up the food, which was ready very quickly and was greeted warmly with a smile and a nice chat. Only downfall is that my Korean beef bulgogi dish was a bit too salty for my liking but everything else was very delicious. Went to the east Wokbox & highly recommend. Very lovely interaction, thanks so much!

Ordered two Firecracker bowls and had to go back because it was missing half of the ingredients. Went back another time with the same order and specifically said when ordering that we wanted all the ingredients that it says on the menu. Didn't think I had to check to see if everything was in the bowl. Got home and AGAIN, they were missing ingredients. The meat also tasted old. Do not recommend eating here as they are trying to get away with giving less than what you order for the high prices.

The food was cooked right in front of me in a timely manner and tasted delicious. Fresh vegetables and meats, quality sauces, and the perfect little takeout boxes, exactly like the ones you see on TV all the time but can never find at actual restaurants. Staff was polite and helpful and the prices are reasonable for how much food you get.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options including vegan chicken and tofu, or you can just double your veggies.
