HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. My bf ordered food over the phone and I had gone to pick it up. A man was there before me waiting for his order to be done. The workers gave him my order. The worker asked if I order something which I didn't. The worker then called the guy who picked up his order and told him to bring the order back as he got the wrong one. So worker asked me if I can wait for the man to bring back the food which was my order and I can take it. I said no and and walked out. Not only they messed up orders, the cook was scratching and rubbing his nose and was flicking whatever he got on his finger on the stove when he was cooking. Gross.

We chose to stop at Wok Box after leaving the airport because of its close proximity to the highway home. Expecting a fast food type fare, we stopped in for a quick bite around 7:45 pm on Tuesday Feb 6th ‘24 and we were very pleasantly surprised! The three of us each ordered a different dish and each of us were very happy about the taste of our choice. I had the teriyaki lime poutine and it was SO good: tender pieces of beef in a sweet teriyaki with a lime aioli topping that balanced the dish perfectly. Definitely a new favourite! My hubby had the Philly Cheesesteak and said it was very good, and our friend had the butter chicken rice bowl. She said the sauce had enough spice to be hot but not too hot, there was a generous number of pieces of chicken, and the pieces were very tender, not at all rubbery. The portions were good, and the service was very friendly (and quite helpful re: ingredients due to food allergies.) It was our first visit to Wok Box and we will definitely come again. Our only complaint was having to use small (dessert sized) plastic forks that were not very strong (tines bend instead of piercing). So bring your own fork and try the fare at this restaurant with exceptionallly tasty dishes!
