Been here a few times now since it opened and after a rough experience the first time it’s only got worse. Ordered chicken strips and poutine, both were cold. Next time I figured I’d try a burger, (topping selection is very basic) and overheard the young staff commenting on how I ordered my burger. Very unprofessional things were said. Won’t be wasting my time stopping here, especially with consistent quality right across the highway. Wish I could give 0/5 stars!

Visited this place for the first time after work on August 16, 2021, at about 5:20 PM. The bucket of chicken meal (10 pieces of chicken I think) costs about $48.99 and I was told there would be a 12-15 minute wait, which was fine.I waited roughly 20 minutes and our chicken was burnt. I still paid full price, no mention was made of the burnt chicken, no offer of reduced price. Paying so much and waiting so long for burnt food was not a good first experience. Probably not coming back

Highly recommend the food here. Always fresh and if anything goes wrong, they are quick to make it right. Great service and great Burgers.
