I wish that I could give a better rating but with the lack of communication I don't see how I can. I had a reservation for August and have been trying to book other rooms. Today I was informed I didn't have a reservation and they are not taking any. Trying to keep business within the town but at this point this hotel will not receive anymore of our money or support.

This place is a dump! Owner and staff are totally incompetent! You can book a room and when you show up.....ya they have screwed you over. Sorry were full...ok but I pre-booked a room!!!!oh well they say...we're booked up!!not an explanation...not an apology..nothing!!!I will be reporting them to whom ever I can...including the mayor of Rostern...they make your beautiful little town stink!!!!!
