I love Winstons in Saskatoon. I like 21st St. Brewery Everyday Stout and I like to try some of their new kinds when I'm in there. Historic building with nice old hotel. I just completely ignore the fancy imports. Local Sask brews are the best.
I haven't been downstairs since they got the taproom set up down there, but will do so when I'm there next.

A stylistically diverse and creative brewery in the Hotel Senator. Everything I've tried was enjoyable.
Get the Monks Widow or Iniquity for your Belgian/Trappist style fix. If you can take a heavy hitter, try the Canadian Strong Ale. Drinks well for 8.4 percent ABV.
