GROSS. If 0 stars was a rate that’s what I’d give! I was so hungry, took a bite of my teen burger. I was not satisfied with a rotten burger, sour tomato and burnt bacon! Most disgusting A&W I’ve EVER had! I called the store to let them know about my burger, a female employee told me to “just wait” she hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone after that. Looks like the rotten burger was not a problem to them!

Nice A\\u0026W branch located on 8th Street. It's close to Amazing Stories too, which gives it plenty of reason to be visited. The food there is just like any other A\\u0026W. The service isn't so bad either, overall it's a great place to visit

Went through the drivethru around supper time. Was greeted and me and my friend wanted to make two separate orders and it seemed like a hassle. We started ordering and the girl taking our order with like purple hair or something was extremely rude and got extremely flustered and after every single thing we said she had to take 30 seconds to ring it in because her machine was glitching. As it took a whole 5 minutes to order two meals. My friend asked for chipotle sauce on her poutine cause it’s good and the worker rudely says “okay??” And as time went on it seemed apparent she was annoyed, mumbling “oh my god.” Under her breath so we could hear. I’m not sure whether it was due to their system or our order having modifications but either way I felt I welcomed and almost cancelled the order and went to McDonald’s. It was like asking her to do her job was an inconvenience. I have worked at A&W myself, and that level of service is not good. I also can’t imagine what the 5 cars behind me thought of me when it took 5 minutes to order two meals. Food was ite tho

Ordered teen and mozza burger combo,waited 13 minutes while the girl was taking other orders from inside customers.Got home and the burgers were absolutely the most disgusting things I have ever seen in My life,they were stone cold and soggy,it looked like they were from the day before.The only thing that was somewhat fresh were the fries.Not only was the girl working incompetent,so is the rest of the staff cooking there,$35.00 for that meal is an absolute joke.Phoned them and would not even answer the phone.You do not even deserve 1 star.I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT ON THIS PROPRTY EVER AGAIN.

Got food poisoning after eating. Here on Saturday night aug 5 thNever been that sick in my life from eating at a restaurantIt’s burgers and fries and apparently to difficult for this place to make with out poisoning it’s customersI will never eat there again and do my best to tell everyone I know of my experience
Food was sub par. Service was almost non-existent. Teen burger was cold and flavorless. Onion rings were under done. Very poor experience overall.

Took them forever to get my order done, food tasted like they didn't know how to use any salt, no flavor. Could've been eating a hockey puck and not been able to tell the difference. Bought iced coffees with sweet cream, weren't even full, when I asked why they were not full I was told a machine does it, uh ok the machine should fill it then?? literally missing a third of my drink, and half the drink was ice! This place is a disaster in regards to quality, quantity and customer service.
