The most important things when going through a drive-thru are: a friendly voice, a microphone that is clear, and not so loud it makes you jump out of your seat, the person taking the order is patient and speaks clearly and slowly, and sounds like they want to be helpful, rather than sounding frantic. I don’t live near this Taco Time location but I drive out of my way to only order from it. Food is ALWAYS good quality and consistently prepared. Staff are very friendly at drive thru and understand what customer service is. On this visit Vinh was very friendly and interacted with me like he actually likes his job. Loved the design and atmosphere, it reminded me of how my hometown’s used to look on the inside. The staff there were fantastic, cheerful and competent with assisting my order requests. I talked with 3 employees but sadly only have one name to mention. Syashi was my counter attendant. He was great and gave me some delicious Tacotime hot sauces. Will be back next time I visit Saskatchitoon hahah!
